Thank you Jean for you review. All feedback is taken seriously. Because you advised your son wasn’t well, we hurried to meet you for an early check in for a booking that was made only a couple of hours before arrival. Although we met you personally, we are disappointed that you did not feel as though you could then contact us by 'phone, email or text, to clarify anything you were unsure about. Living in WA yourself, you will appreciate our power charges are high. All we have ever asked of guests is to switch off the air conditioners when not at home. With five individual air conditioning units in the house, we feel this is reasonable. As discussed at the time, the stair barrier was in place to stop your dog from going upstairs to the carpeted areas. As this was not fixed in place, we are confused why this would make going up and down the stairs so difficult. We pride ourselves in looking after the property and most pet owners understand this. We are pleased that you enjoyed the location and security of this lovely townhouse. Hopefully the weather will be kinder to you for your next Perth stay.
