This is a modern three-storey apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia, perfect for beach lovers. Welcome!

The 80 m2 apartment is ideal for 4 – 6 guests. One bedroom comes with a double bed while the other 2 have 2 twin beds each. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the 1st floor and another one on the ground floor. The master bedroom has A/C; the other 2 bedrooms are fitted with ventilators.

The modern sitting-dining room leads into the well equipped kitchen with microwave, mixer, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and much more. There’s also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The terrace, a delightful place to have breakfast, has 4 chairs and a tabl3e. If you need more chairs, you can use the chairs of the living room.

Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. You can park your car on the street without any cost. You have free access to the community pool with lake views. The pool (chlorine) is 19 x 8 meters.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

The sand beach and its clear waters, the bus stop, restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or go by bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia´s historic town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort.

Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening.

Furthermore, we recommend you visiting the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.
