Raleigh is one of our luxury Apartments. It retains the original oak panelling from when Carylls was an 18th Century Manor House and a private dwelling. It has its's own front door and is light and airy but with a cosy home from home feel to it.

Carylls offers a unique Instant Let Service - clients do not have to pay out hefty deposits or go through referencing or credit checks - they just pay, move in the same day if they wish, and stay for as long as they like paying on a weekly basis. This makes us an ideal choice for people who are between homes but do not want to enter into 6 month or yearly contracts.

We include TV with Freeview, Wifi, there are two fully equipped kitchens on site as well as a launderette although all Apartments have washer/dryers installed. Rental includes Council Tax, TV Licence and Broadband.

We believe in leaving guests to enjoy their privacy but we are always there if they need us.

Michael and Jan employ a small but excellent team of staff who are available to assist clients wherever necessary.

Autres remarques

We do sometimes allow dogs by prior arrangement. Although we do not charge extra for the pets, we do charge for a deep clean at the end of your stay so that the Apartment is suitable for any future guests who may have pet allergies.

It is of the utmost importance to us that guests enjoy their stay and are comfortable in their accommodation. We do ask that guests respect each other's right to peace and quiet enjoyment.

Any guests that are permitted to have a dog will be responsible for clearing up after their pet.

Regrettably smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house but we do have a designated area in the grounds for guests who wish to smoke.

We do not allow the use of candles or any other type of open flame device within Carylls. This is necessary to ensure the safety of all guests.

I manage Carylls Country House along with my wife Jan and have done so for the last 25 years. Carylls is an 18th Century Manor House situated in 5 acres of grounds which has been converted into 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments along with a number of En-Suite Rooms. We offer a unique service in that we do not take up references or have Tenancies - clients just pay 1 week's deposit and 1 week in advance + a nominal setting up fee. After that they can just pay on a weekly basis and stay for as long as they like. We offer a whole host of inclusive services including Car Parking and Wifi.
