Make yourself at home in our remodeled craftsman style home built in 1901 with original fir wood floors with lots of natural light, located close to Northwest activities and amenities. There is a gourmet kitchen with a farmhouse sink & gas stove, with all the items needed for a special meal. There are 3 bedrooms, two with top of the line new queen mattresses, , and third with a trundle that sleeps 2. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room. The beds have quality linens and are very comfortable. The fenced back yard has a table seating 6 and a gas grill, There is a formal dining room that seats 6 and a kitchen nook that seats 4. The family room has a large 3 D flat screen, apple TV, and satellite. There are two bedrooms upstairs with 2 large bathrooms and 1 bedroom downstairs with one full bathroom. There is an office on the main floor and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is a stone paver patio with seating for 6 and a grill with a fairly big fenced yard for privacy. There is a drive way on the side of the house for 2 cars. You will love staying here!

We require a copy of your driver's license for identification and the names and ages of each guest prior to booking. On check in, all guests must present a photo ID.
Smoking is NOT allowed. There will be a charge of $150 to purify the air with an ozanator if smoking has occurred.
Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the parking space on the north side of the house. Any other cars can park on the street.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Toilets: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
No refunds will be given for storms or the following conditions. We will not be held responsible for road conditions. power outages, severe weather, or emergencies.
The renter agrees to use the property with respect and in the manner of which it is intended. The renter will not bother neighbors. We request a quiet time period between 10pm-8am.
Occupancy: Any guests over 6 are charged $20/night per person. These additional guests must be pre approved and paid for in advance. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. There is a strict limit of 8 guests unless the owner has agreed up front. There is a $500 fee charged for unauthorized guests.
If something is not working, please notify homeowners immediately so that we can remedy the problem as soon as possible.
No loud parties. No weddings, or special events without permission from homeowner. There is a $350 fee for special events.
The homeowners have the right at any time to enter and inspect the premises. We reserve the right to evict at any time (day or night) any guest who is not in compliance with the above stated policies. There will be no refunds due to an eviction due to non-compliance with our policies.
