Hello! Our gorgeous flat boasts Castle views from the front door step and is on a traditional cobbled street in a classic Georgian building. Situated in the desirable New Town neighborhood, it’s within easy walking distance of the busy city centre.(10 minutes walk)
The apartment is a quiet, unique and secluded haven from the hustle and bustle. Includes, a galley kitchen, onto cosy living room with a cream electric stove fireplace. Bathroom with shower and bedroom with comfy bed, where you can walk straight out to the private garden. There is also a walk in wardrobe with a nice big mirror. Outdoor table and chairs for two are found in the garden.
Free parking can be found at the end of the street. Metered parking available immediately outside.
Bus are available from the end of the street towards city centre (more details in our direction page).

Guests have access to entire apartment and private walled garden. Nearby there's several amazing restaurants which caters for all budgets.( 3-5 mins walk) fantastic bars and pubs as well all independently owned, on Broughton street. Broughton street is a very cool area where you will find many bars become alive on Friday Saturday night with edinburghs coolest people. Only thing off Limits is the garden shed.

In general terms please try to leave the apartment as you found it, this is our home and we would ask you treat it as such. Notify us of anything not working so we may make every effort to fix during your stay.
No eating in the bedroom.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Any guest found flaunting this rule will be fined £100 via your security deposit. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the garden, please remove all butts before you depart.
BEFORE DEPARTURE: Please clean all your dishes, pots and cutlery; Empty bins; turn off all lights and ensure gas hob / oven is not left on; close and lock all windows and doors.
As you leave please leave the apartment keys on the Kitchen table.
There will be a charge of £20 for any lost keys.
Items left in the apartment and need posted to back to guest will be charged £15 plus postage and packaging
There will be a charge of £100 for any guest that leaves either the gas hob or oven on, i.e. not lit but the gas still running.
£20 fine for leaving heating on
£25 extra for having extra guests without telling us
If you are staying with dogs or children we ask if you can hoover before you departure.
Strictly no pets on Bed or furniture.
Please take out your Rubbish on departure, the rubbish is to be placed in the black large bins on the street, directly outside.
If you hear excessive noise coming from the flat directly above, please notify us asap, as we do holiday rental on the above apartment too.
