Centrally located flat in lovely neighbourhood, just 10 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus and plenty of restaurants, shops, museums on the doorstep.
Very well located one bedroom flat in central London. The flat is only a 7-minute walk to Oxford Circus, and a 3-minute walk to both Tottenham Court Road station (Central line, Northern Line) and Goodge Street Station (Northern line).
The flat itself is on the second floor of a traditional London property. It consists of an open plan living room, dining area (table!) and kitchen, one bedroom and a modern bathroom.
The bedroom has a king-size bed; all linen is provided including towels.
The living room has a basic Ikea sofa bed that can be used for up to two additional guests. Bed linen can be provided for this as well upon request. I've listed the house as suitable for three people but if you really wanted four and didn't mind sleeping two on the sofa bed then that could be managed (at no extra cost).
The bathroom is modern and has a large shower.
The flat is light, modern and airy and benefits from two sash windows looking out on the street. From the bedroom you are not overlooked by other windows, and the iconic BT tower can be seen close by.
The WiFi has a broadband connection that can be used.
The flat is fully equipped with all of the usual facilities: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The street has a number of bars and restaurants on it, and at the bottom of it is Charlotte Street which is well-known for its myriad restaurants and bars. Goodge Street is just round the corner which also has a lot of restaurants and bars on it. Tottenham Court is 30m away with all of its shops and local buses for getting to many different parts of the city. There are several supermarkets within a three-minute walk (Tesco, Sainsburys) and a Co-Op close by that is open 24 hours a day.
Tourist attractions that are easily walkable from the flat are:
- Oxford Circus
- Regent Street
- British Museum
- Covent Garden
- Regent's Park
- Hyde Park
- Piccadilly Circus
- London Zoo
King's Cross/St Pancras is a 15-minute bus ride away, with the stop about 50m from the flat. By taxi cab it's only 10 minutes away. Victoria is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
Also happy to put up some Christmas decorations if you're staying around Christmas time to add some festive cheer!
The keys are available for collection at an office located right opposite the flat which is open 24 hours a day.

Very happy to help out with questions about the flat, the area or London in general.
The main house rule is regarding noise. There are neighbours above and below as well as the to side so there must be little noise after 9pm so as not to disturb them.
I should note that the sound proofing - like many flats in London - is not perfect and so you can occasionally here noise from the neighbours. Obviously this means as well that they may be able to hear you if you are particularly noisy. Plenty of bars down the street if you are looking to turn up the volume...
The external door must be locked behind you when coming in or out.
The WiFI log in and password are on the router which is in the living room, behind the television.
Please leave the flat in the same condition in which you find it. If you break anything then please replace it.
Please take any rubbish downstairs and leave by the big tree immediately outside. This is collected daily.
Please feel free to use any of the kitchen appliances.
