Homely large converted barn ideal for large groups, family parties, stag and hen do,s . Weddings license and functions room and grounds ideal for festival type weddings in rural idyl. Adjoining camp fields for other guests and activities. Only a couple of fields from coast path and award winning Durlston Country park. The area is now a national renowned area for watersports and group activities ie coasteering, rib rides, kayak safaris, fishing trips, diving, wave and wind surfing.

Entire property is rentable and includes functions room ideal for lectures, talks, workshops, gardens and by arrangement the owners cottage garden for special events or photo shoots. Excellent walking country and direct access to cliffs, national trust land and south west coast path.

The owner lives on site so is accessible should problem arise. If out and about is at the end of a mobile.

So much to do and see, The views, the sea -Cliffs 500 m, Swanage blue flag beach 1 mile, Studland 5 miles, the heritage, the frequent festivals in Swanage, literary (feb) Blues(March), Arts (May/june), fish(June), jazz (July), carnival (July/Aug) x3 Folk (Aug and Sept), Blues/Roots (Oct). The steam railway(1 mile) Lulworth, Monkey world and Bovington tank museum (12 Miles). Micro climate means a long season and dramatic scenery memorable in winter weather. Warm cosy pubs with log fires and home brewed beer and cider. National award winning pub Square and Compass with world musicians and own cider 4 miles

Nearest station is wareham and then bus to swanage but also visitors sometimes go to Bournemouth and then get open top bus across sandbanks ferry via Studland to Swanage.
Airport at Bournemouth 17 miles.
All local taxis know our location. Taxis from Swanage bus station takes 5 mins. Not near public transport ie bus from Wareham half mile down hill or swanage bus station 1 mile.
If you have car with low clearance take it carefully up to farm. Normal cars are ok unless overloaded so take it slowly as much because of livestock, dogs, children, etc etc

The owner has access to a list of caterers, activity organisers, guides and service providers should they be needed.
The fees do not include bedlinen or towels which can be provided at extra cost if required. Duvets and pillows are provided and guests can bring their own linen or sleeping bags and towels to keep costs down. Leaves more for the partying! Happy to provide it if required and would need a weeks notice to ensure it is back from laundry.

To consider those that may wish to stay after them ie leave it clean, tidy, safe, to consider the owner and her neighbour and their livestock and adjacent homes. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and those smoking to do so in the garden not in the courtyard, and clear up after them.
To respect its location and nature ie a green tranquil haven with important wildlife in surrounding fields.
To enjoy their time with family and friends.
