The room is a rarely used/guest room containing double bed, desk, drawers and small TV upstairs where all the bedrooms are and the shared bathroom. Clean and pleasantly laid out with minimal white lacquered wood furniture and seagrass floor. Access to a host of lovely places to eat, walk to, see and do.

The room ofcourse, use of the lounge, dining room, garden (feel free to help weed it:), bathroom and key to front door. possible offroad parking although there is always on road parking. Our road is a one way road, easy to find.

Due to being a designer I'm about, usually on my laptop around the house as I juggle small projects around the world online, you probably won't notice me. Always on hand if needed though. My partner is here from time to time, although her work involves her being away a lot. I have two children 9 and 10.

Pretty quiet with easy access from shops to beach, pubs to food. 10 minutes walk from the famous harbour of Charlestown, its various pubs, eateries, coastal walks/runs, Shipwreck museum and recent appearance in the series Poldark! The Eden Project (my old employer) is under 5 miles away as is the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Our house is just off a busyish road, on a one way street. A 24 hour supermarket is under 10 minutes walk away as well.

15 minutes walk to two different coastal spots. Mount Charles with it's shops, pharmacy, banks and Indian Restaurant is 2 minutes walk away. St Austell town centre is about 15-20 minutes walk away. Regular buses can be found close by and the train station is 15 minutes walk from our house.

We have a couple of sleepy cats. Garden to relax in - although it's a project for 2016 so it's pretty wild out there. If you are good with green things you are more than welcome to help out:) I have two daughers currently 9 and 10 who are around some of the times subject to clubs.

Matt

Creative director, father of 2 amazing girls (Gracie 9 and Esme 10), lover of all things sea and coastal. Surfer, cyclist, doodler, doer, eco-conscious and if I actually sit down for a few minutes when not designing I can usually be found reading something by Neil Gaiman.

I'm very casual, relaxed person, who tends to travel off the beaten path with Tibet before it got opened up to tourism, being one of my most amazing places to have visited. I also mountain biked the Camino across Spain, next trip for me will be a Swimtrek.

I'm definitely about being the change you want to see in the world.
And a bit of Ferris Bueller's - Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around for a while, you could miss it.

Pleased to meet you and have a nice day.
