I will not recommend this place to anyone. One day before our trip, we found out that host was not providing bed sheets or towels. We needed to pay $100.00 dollars extra to get bed sheets, plus we needed to buy our own towels.
we needed to pay for our own water. Water tanks needed to be filled out every 2-3 days. What it is upsetting is that we didn't find out about this issue until we run out of water. There is not instructions in the house for anything. You will need to figure it out on your own. Because we were not local. we didn't have cell phone service, making it harder to make arrangements. It seems that there is a difference in service if you are local or if you coming from a different country. I am from Peru, but my family and I moved years ago. It seems that if you are local you need to bring your own bed sheets and towels. we find ourselves trying to convince host that we were not locals. Any problem I had with host, it was resolved by giving her more money. Maybe I will change my name to John Smith the next time I rent a house in Peru.
Be careful with electric water heater. If you do not know how to use it, you could kill yourself.
We lost electric power almost everyday. This is of course not in control of host, but warnings and a care package with flashlights or candles could it be nice.
Mother of host tried to kick us out a day earlier. Thank god I had a copy of my contract.
Host is in really need of a 101 class in costumer service and anti-discrimination policy.
