The house is set just outside of the village of Guilsfield which has a farm shop, convenience store and two popular pubs offering great food, drink and service.
The village is 5 minutes drive away from the historic market town of Welshpool which is home to Powys Castle. Other places of natural and historic significance include Lake Vyrnwy, Rodney's Pillar, as well as being close to the picturesque towns of Oswestry and Shrewsbury.
There is onsite free parking, and regular buses into Welshpool, Shrewsbury and Oswestry from the village.
A friendly golden retriever lives in the property and is more than happy to accompany anybody who's willing for a good walk.
No eating in the bedroom and no smoking . Hot water from 7.30 am 10.00am and 6.30pm till 9.00pm
