This home is built to the standards of multi-million dollars homes with 6 Luxurious bedrooms equipment with magnificent furnishings, linens and towels. This 2400 sq ft home is the dream getaway. 3 Master Suites with King size beds, 3 Kids bedrooms with bunk beds that can sleeps 3 people each. Each bunk consists of a twin bed over full bed (4 twins, 4 fulls). There is also a full sleeper sofa. The home is equipped with luxurious linens and bedding. The game room is equipped with a pool table and ping pong table. There is an outdoor BBQ, 2 outdoor dining table and plenty of pool furniture and "market style" umbrella. Private gated pool and spa with changing color lights that will delight everyone.
PLEASE NOTE HOTEL TAX: City of Anaheim charges 15% hotel tax.

House Rules -
Beginning 1/1/17 the maximum number of guests is 15 people.
A separate contract that the quest will be required to be sign and will be sent upon booking acceptance. All outdoor activity is restricted after 10:00 PM including the use of the Pool or Jacuzzi. Outdoor activities including the use of swimming pool and spa are only allowed from 9:00 AM to 10PM. This is part of the City of Anaheim’s new Short Term Rental Ordinance.
Violation is subject to fines from the City of Anaheim, loss of your deposit and termination of your stay.
No smoking or pets anywhere on the property.
No guests in excess of the number of paid guests may stay at the house overnight without permission of the owner. Violation may result in your reservation being terminated and loss of all deposits.
Do not adjust the pool or spa temperature. This can be done by the property manager at your request.
There is no street parking. We will both be fined from the city and you will lose your deposit.
Please shut Air Conditioning when leaving the house. (If you forget, please text me and I will shut it off remotely)
Please place drinks on coasters provided by owner. (Drinks may damage the surface of the furniture)
Do not move large furniture like couches, TV cabinets, remove mattresses off beds or other furniture, as this may damage floors and result in loss of your deposit.
The gate to the pool must be closed at all times. Children may not be left in the pool area unattended.
Damage to sheets, towels, or linens will be deducted from the security deposit. Green and towels are for the pool. White towels are for inside use.
No food to be left out at time of check out. Food may be left in the refrigerator.

All trash to be put outside in trash cans at time of check out. (Trash cans are in the rear of the house near alley. Please place the trash cans near the alley on the concrete parking area on Tuesday morning and return them Tuesday evening)
Please lock the doors and leave the keys in the top left drawer next to stove. The front door has an electronic key that locks the door when you leave. Just push the lock button on the keypad.
Make sure the Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Air Conditioning are off when you leave the property.
All dishes and kitchen items to be rinsed and free of food or placed in the dishwasher at checkout.

This was our very 1st experience with Airbnb and i have to say, it was absolutely wonderful! Our host Alan provided us with excellent service and was just a phone call away if we had any questions. I highly recommend utilizing super host Alan!

What was advertised is exactly what you got. The house was thoughtfully designed for a large group, very functional, comfortable and clean. The house was a 20-30 minute walk to Disneyland depending on your pace. Due to neighbourhood restrictions, it is important that pool, games rooms and parking rules be followed, so make sure to look those over before booking. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this house again!

Staying at the Crone Castle was a memorable experience for all! We had a very large group of 15 and the house was efficiently utilized, with plenty of bedroom space and a fantastic communal area. The host, Alan, was most accommodating and allowed those of us arriving briefly before check-in time to enter the home, which was greatly appreciated given our long day of travel. The jacuzzi, pool, game room (garage), grill and outdoor space was exquisite and really made our return home from a busy day that much more pleasant. I would highly recommend staying at this location for anyone with a large group looking for a perfect balance of amenities and comfort, and especially for those who will take advantage of everything this house has to offer (entertainment, group BBQ, etc.).

Alan was a great host and the house was awesome. Everything described was accurate, and all the amenities were up to date. The neighborhood was in a central location and easy to navigate. I stayed here with my high school water polo team and we all fit comfortably. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub and game room! The fireworks at night was a great treat as well. Alan was very responsive and answered all questions I had. We really enjoyed our stay.
