Our house is brand new, beautifully presented & fully furnished. We think it is in the best location in Lake Conjola and is available for rent all year round. It has a lovely leafy outlook from almost every window with lake glimpses from the rear entertainment deck.
A gorgeous cosy Woodfire has now been installed - perfect for a Winter Weekend Getaway with all wood being provided free of charge.
Our house sleeps 10 people. 4 Bedrooms consist of a Queen Bed whilst the fifth bedroom has a Double Bunk Bed.
It is in such a perfect location approximately 150m from the lake & the Lake Conjola Tourist Park. It is one of the closest houses you will get to the Beach.
Speaking of the Beach, Lake Conjola/Green Island is arguably one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Apart from holiday periods, Lake Conjola is very quiet & it is not unusual to be the only ones on the beach enjoying a beautiful stroll. Green Island is also a very famous surfing spot. The lake is perfect for stand-up paddle boarding, waterskiing & fishing.
We can provide stand-up paddle boards for use during your stay. The cost is $80 per board for a weekend stay or $150 per board for a weekly booking. We have 3 boards available to hire so just let us know if you are keen.
Our house boasts a lovely fully equipped Kitchen with stone bench tops and open plan living. It comes complete with all cooking utensils you would expect to find in your family home.
Our house has a beautiful north facing entertainer's Deck with BBQ, bar fridge and ceiling fan. Perfect for afternoon beverages...
There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area with ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Our master Bedroom has an Ensuite & Walk in Robe.
You can also enjoy a relaxing bath in the main Bathroom.
The laundry has a washing machine & third toilet.
All linen & bath towels are provided.
There is basically nothing to do except arrive & relax!
The entire underneath of the house has plenty of room for parking cars and/or boats.
There is a general store/newsagency/boat hire/hot food takeaway shop located approx 100m from our house and Anglers Cafe is approx 200m from our house which is highly recommended for breakfast!
Our local Bowling Club is approx 1-2 km from our house and they offer a courtesy bus.
We are confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay & will be back.

When arriving, you can gain access at any time as we have a keybox at the house. Once your booking is confirmed I will email you the code for the keybox.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests CANNOT exceed 10 people. We reserve the right to enter the property at any time to inspect if we believe that there are more than 10 people. If we find more than 10 people on the property at any given time, you will be immediately asked to leave & all money paid will not be refunded.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to it's condition on arrival. There is no need to clean linen or towels but we ask that you strip used beds & put all used linen & towels in the bath.
Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. If you would like a late check-out, please email us and if there are no bookings the same day it won't be a problem.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
The Bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements etc.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Smoking inside is prohibited.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with us in writing.
