We live on premises and we treat all of our guests as welcomed visitors.
You'll find goats and pigs in a fenced in area at the lower end of our property. We also have free ranging chickens. Aside from the horses you'll see at the horse farm next door, you'll often see rabbits, osprey and swans.
Children TEN & UP are welcome in the barn with an adult. You'd be partially sharing our home. No kitchen privileges but you do have the shared use of a small fridge in the barn. NO SMOKING. If someone in your party is a smoker, the rule is at least 100 feet from the house or barn. You are welcome to enjoy a glass of your wine and watch the sunset at one of our outdoor seating hours, however, this is not a party place. There are no kitchen privileges but you do have a small fridge in the barn.

My husband and I are officially senior citizens. We met on Martha's Vineyard over 40 years ago. We lived in Manhattan for 25 years and ran a sailing operation out of Battery Park. When we decided to move to a more peaceful environment, we chose to bring our two young children to The Vineyard. We enjoy sailing, gardening, music, cards and sharing our beautiful place with family and friends. You'll often find us out by the firepit with guitar in my husband's hands and music flowing. Don't worry, it's far enough away from the house that you won't feel like you have to participate.
We have built a 105' sloop and are still in the process of finishing it below decks. We welcome you to our own small piece of Martha's Vineyard.
