We had a wonderful time. Rosemary and Nick are amazing hosts. Their home is beautiful and Rosemary's daily breakfast was a great way to start the day.

This gem of a spot is as described- unlike anywhere else and a little slice of a vineyard haven. Hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. Enjoy!

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with airBnB. My girlfriend and I went to Martha's Vineyard on a whim, with out any plans or ideas of what to do, and Rosemary really made the trip a wonderful experience for us. She started off every morning with a delicious breakfast, and gave us great suggestions on what to do around the island. Her house is a peaceful oasis, with beautiful views of the sunset on a scenic pond. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a very relaxing vacation.

The farm setting is scenic and serene, so nice to see the blue water of the "pond" amidst the goats, chickens and horses. Hosts are truly congenial and very informative and accommodating. My husband and I arrived with 2 adult daughters with their husband and boyfriend all on bicycles and had a very relaxing and tranquil stay. We loved having breakfast on the "terrace" with time to enjoy the scenic view and one another. Running trails leading from the property are convenient and there are places to stop and take a dip in the pond along the way. Would love to stay again to enjoy Rosemary and Nick's company and have a beautiful and relaxing visit to "up island" Martha's Vineyard.

Rosemary and Nick were fantastic and friendly hosts. This is a lovely get away from it all spot, and I'll absolutely be back. Be sure to read the notes carefully. Its a ways from food and restaurants. Friendly farm animals. Roosters might wake you early :) Beautiful views.

Réponse de Rosemary :
Yes, we are 8 to 10 miles from the down island town where the majority of shops and restaurants are located. That's why I always recommend a car---that way you can have the best of both worlds, rural beauty and active towns. We really enjoyed having Tony here but the next time he comes THERE WILL BE NO ROOSTER! Rosemary at Annabelle's

Veritable heaven on Earth! Few people can execute on "mi casa, su casa" but Uncle Nick and Rosie can. TX should export more Rosies and the world would be an infinitely better place. Thx for accommodating the late night arrivals...cant wait to go back.

My husband and I are officially senior citizens. We met on Martha's Vineyard over 40 years ago. We lived in Manhattan for 25 years and ran a sailing operation out of Battery Park. When we decided to move to a more peaceful environment, we chose to bring our two young children to The Vineyard. We enjoy sailing, gardening, music, cards and sharing our beautiful place with family and friends. You'll often find us out by the firepit with guitar in my husband's hands and music flowing. Don't worry, it's far enough away from the house that you won't feel like you have to participate.

We have built a 105' sloop and are still in the process of finishing it below decks. We welcome you to our own small piece of Martha's Vineyard.
