The apartment is quiet, comfortable and spacious. There is a front entrance desk attendant on duty 24/7 and right down the hall from my apartment. The neighborhood is vibrant, beautiful, very safe, and in a fantastic location.
From the apartment door, you'll be a 5-15 minute walk to dozens of major city sites, such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rocky Statue, Eastern State Penitentiary, Barnes Foundation, Mutter Museum, Boathouse Row, Franklin Institute, only 1 block from the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and conveniently located near an array of the many great restaurants Philadelphia has to offer. All of these are just some of the places to go and things to see that have made my space an excellent choice for tourists, foodies, and families from around the world.
Additionally, the building location, apartment amenities, 8-minute walk to Whole Foods market from the front door, 7-minute walk to Trader Joe's foods market from the back door, 13-minute ride to/from PHL Airport, 6-minute ride to/from 30th Street Station, PLUS the significant rate discounts for weekly and monthly stays, which can be half the cost of nearby hotels, have all made this space very popular with business guests [see "Discounts" under the "Pricing" heading to learn more].
Finally, a bonus for any guest continues to be the quick and easy access to mass transit, Uber, Lyft, and taxi service right outside the building exits.

Although you'll have the entire apartment to yourself, I'll always be just a text message or phone call away if you need to contact me.
No illegal drugs.
No smoking in the apartment or inside the building. Smoking is allowed in the front courtyard. Please dispose of butts in the bin located just outside the front doorway entrance.
No additional overnight guests.
No additional guests beyond the 4 adult guest limit, unless special arrangements are made with host prior to booking.
Front entrance attendants are on duty in the building 24/7. Therefore, in order to comply with building regulations and to help you travel in and out of the building with ease during your stay, I'll need to provide you with a guest i.d. when you check-in. Therefore, I'll ask you to message me the first and last name of all guests who will be staying with you, if any, immediately after you confirm your reservations. Providing me with this information soon after that, will help to insure that your guest i.d. is ready upon your arrival.
Please throw away refuse in the appropriate trash bins labeled "Recyclables" or "[Landfill] Trash." See written instructions attached to lid of each bin.

Empty all recyclable and [landfill] trash in "Trash Room" down the hall when full and when checking out.
Please wash and put away all dishes you use during your stay and/or begin a wash cycle in the dishwasher to clean any remaining dirty dishes when checking out.
Please place all used bed linens and towels in hamper located to the right of washer and dryer in laundry closet when checking out.
If using the queen-sized air mattress, please deflate, fold up, put back in storage bag, and place on top of armoire in bedroom when checking out.
Please turn off central air conditioner or turn heat down to 55 degrees before checking out.
Please leave apartment key(s) on the kitchen counter when checking out and lock apartment door upon departure.
