I'm English, Sacha's Dutch and we live in Rome with our 3 young daughters.
During the winter we come here almost every weekend; we can build big fires at home, play in the forest, go cycling and exploring, there's no-one on the beach and it's heavenly.
The rest of the year we offer it for rent to encourage us to visit other parts of Italy and because it's just a lovely house that deserves to be enjoyed and lived in.
Most people here only use their houses in August which we think is a shame.
We're new to Airbnb, we've been using homeway till now but looking forward to connecting with other Airbnbers as Airbnb seems the way to go.
