Échanges avec les voyageurs
You can ask us if you need anything. We've been living in Berlin for several years and we enjoy having guests, so we are happy to share the things we like about Berlin. We also respect your privacy if you want to explore Berlin by yourself.
We are very open minded and tolerant. But we don't have room for racism, sexism, homophobia or any kind of discriminating opinions.
We have quiet a sense of humour though.
Check ins and check outs are flexibel. the room is cleaned at 10 am but you can leave your luggage in the apartment and pick it up later.
We only rent the room to maximum 2 people at a time. No children under the age of 10.
For longtime rentals (more than two weeks) due to the nature of our apartment we accept only one guest for the duration.
Downloading any copyright-protected files (film, music) from the web is strictly forbidden (e.g. through torrents or other peer-to-peer sources);
Please do not bring any strangers.
We want to to feel at home as much as possible. Since we already had many guests, we put together a set of house rules to ensure that the aparment is treated with respect because we love iving here :)
Please don't wear street shoes in the apartment. This is very important to us, since we have hard wood floors and we walk bare foot in the house. The streets of Berlin can be very filthy and the hard wood floors are sensitive. Thank you for taking off your shoes :)
Please use the balcony for smoking.
No children under the age of 10 allowed. We are sorry for that but after having kids here we had to remove chocolate from the walls (for example).
Please respect the privacy of the neighbors and us :)
Please switch off lights, stove etc. when you exit the apartment. you can use kitchenware but make sure to clean up after yourselves.
dear boys, please sit down.

My name is Alina and like most of the people here I love traveling and experiencing new ways of living, food, music and everything that happens when you leave your comfort zone.
I can't live without the people in my life, good food and traveling (probably a couple of things more) :)
My room mate and I are foodies, so we are very enthusiastic about the many great restaurants in Berlin, good chance that our guests will hear a lot about it.
I am very passionate about Berlin and it's richness in variety, crazisness and uniqueness. I am very happy to call this wonderful city my home!
We are very open minded, humurous people who gladly welcome diversity in our lives, the weirder the better! :)
no room for discrimination of any kind in our home!
