This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with private garden has direct access to the beach from the end of the garden. The house is located within easy reach of Goodwood, Chichester and the South Downs. The house is spotlessly clean and feels warm and welcoming both in summer and winter. The house is meant to feel like a proper home from home and not a typical holiday house.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). All the beds are fully made up for your arrival with high quality linen and bed toppers. Towels are supplied.
The master bedroom has its own balcony with an amazing sea view. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite on the ground floor with a shower. The 3rd double bedroom has the use of the same bathroom as the twin bedroom.
The kitchen has an oven, fridge, microwave , full range of cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Fully stocked with tableware, cutlery, loo rolls, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets etc.
There is a smart TV, an Apple TV with Netflix and a DVD player. Free wifi throughout the house with fast internet. There's also a large selection of art and photography books for your enjoyment. There is constant hot water and very good heating as well as a wood burner fire, so the house is lovely in the winter as well as the summer.
The garden is fully secure with gates and there is off street parking for 4 cars. There is an outside table and chairs to seat 8 people on the decking at the rear of the house. We also have a selection of deck chairs.
There is a summer house in the garden for quiet moments or romantic drinks, lots of beautiful art books to browse through. There is even an outside bath with hot water for washing the sand off your wetsuits when you come off the beach!

The property manager, Marilyn, lives nearby and is always on hand to help if needed. The owner is also contactable 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.
Your privacy is respected but someone is always on the end of the phone if you need any information or help with anything. The owner has a separate, self contained annexe at the front of the house which she uses from time to time as an office. It has its own entrance and does not intrude on your privacy.
No smoking. One medium size well behaved dog or two small dogs allowed with prior agreement. We charge an extra £60 per dog, two dogs maximum. Dogs must be house trained and not left in the house alone for hours on end. Owners must clean up after them. We do not allow parties and extra guests, one or two is fine if visiting in the day.
No loud music, no fireworks or anything that will annoy local residents. Please always make sure the back door is locked when you leave. If you are staying for more than a week we will change bedding and towels and do a weekly clean, we charge an extra fee of £100 for this.
