We are offering our new (built in 2013) 1 bedroom guest house for your vacation or corporate rental needs. Our guesthouse is located in the historic district of Old Seminole Heights. Close to shops and award winning restaurants.
Our bungalow has cathedral ceilings in the main living space and has French doors opening out to the garden. The space is also ADA compatible with grab bars in the wheel chair accessible shower and in the toilet area. The bedroom contains 2 twin beds. One of the twin beds is an adjustable bed. A queen size deluxe portable bed is available and can be set up in the main living area for two additional guest.
The kitchen is fully stocked in the event you would like to stay in for the evening. There is a convection microwave/oven combo in the event you get the urge to bake. A full size dishwasher is available as well to make clean up easy. A washer/dryer combo is also available and is located in the bedroom walk in closet that is located between the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances such as a can opener, toaster oven, and Keurig pod coffee maker. The bedroom has a 48" flat screen TV and the living room has a 55" flat screen. Verizon HD cable is included and is available on both TV's. Wireless is also available.

Our guest will have access to the guesthouse and to the outside garden and patio. A natural gas BBQ grill is also available on the patio deck for our guest to use. Guest will have access to one parking space on the property with additional free street parking. The onsite parking space has a wheelchair ramp for easy access to the guest house.

We live on site and our happy to help with suggestions or local restaurants, shopping and site seeing. We also own a business less than a 1/4 mile from the property so we are available at a moments notice.
This is a non smoking property. Pet's could be considered.
We are in a historic residential neighborhood and would ask all guest to be courteous or our neighbors.
My name is David Hansen and I am a lifelong resident of Tampa. I am a second generation Tampa native. My family and I have lived in the historic Old Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa. I share my home with my partner of 15 years Chris and our three dogs. We have lived in our historic bungalow for 11 years. Our home has been on the Old Seminole Heights Tour of Homes twice.
