À propos de ce logement
Bright and comfortable one double bedroom apartment in the trendy San Giovanni area. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bus/metro stations with easy access to the centre of Rome. A 10 minute walk from the Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, Christendom's earliest basilica. It's a great and safe neighborhood, the police are only 200 meters away and there is an important hospital reachable within walking distance. The price is for the whole apartment, you will have the place to yourselves.
It's your home from home in a modern flat on the 5th floor. It is close to everything you need here in Rome. I live nearby, so I will check you in, give you some local info then leave you free to enjoy yourselves in Rome.

Great shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets make San Giovanni a very convenient, hip and trendy place to be....
10 mins walk to the metro, trams and buses..
I am the owner and manage everything now, when Bernard was running the house the first couple months there was a cat which is no longer there(in guests' comments people talk about the cat).
Respect my home as you would your own. Have fun and enjoy your time in Rome. It is a residential area, no parties.

Hi, My name is Mark and I have lived in Rome for 20 years, currently I am teaching. I like motorcycles, running, Italian food (obviously), cooking and entertaining friends and family. I travel often staying in apartments like mine to save money, for convenience and to experience the local culture. It is important to be a reliable and efficient host. My motto is 'In bocca al lupo' (Good Luck)
