À propos de ce logement
An adorable, art-filled 1BR apartment in south Hollywood. Walking distance to central Hollywood and Larchmont, where coffee shops, restaurants, farmer's markets, culture, abound. Has a full kitchen, cozy hang out space, and zen-out meditation space.
This space feels instantly comfortable. Has an urban hippie, gypset flair. Filled with art. Has a comfortable, queen bed. Wifi. Large - screen TV connected to Roku with Netflix and Hulu. Doorway directly out to the building courtyard. Great breeze. Cool in the summer. Ample closet space in the bedroom. An empty dresser available for longer stays, too. The building, from the 60s, has some quirks with age. However, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is walkable to many wonderful Hollywood amenities, and the decor is truly cozy and classy.
Accès des voyageurs
Parking immediately outside the courtyard gate in the back alleyway. Safe neighborhood to walk in at night. Friendly neighbors in the building. When you're here, this space will be yours to respectfully enjoy. There is some furniture in the courtyard, though it primarily belongs to one of the neighbors. Occasional shared use is fine.

This neighborhood is amazing because it's close to everything that Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Larchmont have to offer, but it's not affected by the crazy traffic that can occasionally dominate Hollywood central. The neighborhood is quiet. There's a yummy taco stand, Cactus #1, on the corner too—open early and late! Easy to walk to the CVS and Pavilions grocery store. Also, a hip little joint, 3 Clubs, is within very close walking distance, if you feel like going for a drink or dancing.
Please do check the Guidebook in our Guest Resources section. There are loads of restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping options listed there that are close in the neighborhood.
Parking is included, if you have a vehicle. Buses come along Vine and and nearby Santa Monica Blvd. If you won't have a car, try Ubering from the airport, or use public transport -- just walk down Vine Ave. from the Hollywood/Vine subway stop below the W Hotel (the Red Line, from Union Station). From the airport, there is also a Flyaway Bus that will take you to the same spot. The walk is less than a mile from there, down Vine.
As yogis, we believe that personal space is sacred space. There are meditation pillows and an altar in the living room. Hardwood floors.
We do our best to accommodate if you have any special requests. It's often the little things that count!
The record and CD (and stereo) is in the space and can show you how to hook up your iPod or computer if you'd like to play your own tunes. We respectfully ask that you not play records without consent. Music is and has been a big part of our lives. If this is something you share, we will happily discuss!!
No pets. No parties. Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes. NO CIGARETTES! :-)
Please remove your shoes by the door.
Please respect the art, the sacred spaces.
Also, other people live in the building, so as they make allowances for you and your presence, please do the same. Everyone in the building is kind and respectful.

I am an artist, a film production designer, and teacher of Kundalini Yoga. I think traveling is so much more fun when the experience is more personal. I am a lover of music, organic food, quality experience, ambiance, mood lighting!
I've never been to Baltimore, but when I do, I hope I meet John Waters.
I keep beach blankets and a dragon kite in the trunk of my car. You never know where the day might take you!!
