Say goodbye to ski condos that look like the set of That Seventies Show! Our 1 bedroom, 2 full bath Crestview condo has been updated with newer furniture, carpet, kitchen and baths. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is within easy walking distance to the Village. There is a queen bed, a full size futon and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The best part - a reserved garage parking space. Nightly price shown on Airbnb includes the 14% Mammoth local transient occupancy and tourism taxes.
This is a large, updated one bedroom that can easily accommodate 4 people. Since there are two full bathrooms you won't be tripping over each other to get to the shower! The configuration also makes it a great setup for parents with kids, because the kids have their own bathroom without having to come through the master bedroom.
Please keep in mind that while our condo is updated this is an older 1980's building and there is a unit above us. If it's rented (as it often is in season) you will probably hear people walking around upstairs. This is generally not a big deal unless they are inconsiderate and have a party or kids running around. In all the years we've had the condo there have only been a couple times we've had to go up there and remind a guest that quiet time starts at 10pm. But if you're very sensitive to noises like people walking above please take that into consideration.
There is one reserved parking space in the garage, so no scraping ice off your windshield in the morning. Please be aware though the garage height limit is 6' 6" - anything taller than that has to park outside in one of the first come, first served parking spaces on the property.
The Mammoth City tax and Transit Occupancy Tax is included in our nightly fee, so there are no extra fees from us beyond the quoted nightly price + cleaning. My Business License number and TOT certificate number for the City of Mammoth Lakes is 06473.

Full access to the condo, the reserved parking space and the community amenities, including two hot tubs, sauna, BBQ's, a game room and a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines.

I will not be present during your stay. Feel free to call, text or email me with any questions though before and during your stay. We also have a local handyman who is authorized to repair anything during your stay if necessary.
Our local manager is Rich with Perfect Clean Inc. and his after-hours emergency number is . Please do not go to the manager's office on site for any issues with the condo - they are only there to maintain the common facilities and parking. Just call me at or Rich for any issues with the condo.
There are owners that live at Crestview year round, so we need our guests to be very respectful of the condo rules. There is an on-site manager who will enforce them. Quiet time is after 10pm and there is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony.
