À propos de ce logement

Say goodbye to ski condos that look like the set of That Seventies Show! Our 1 bedroom, 2 full bath Crestview condo has been updated with newer furniture, carpet, kitchen and baths. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is within easy walking distance to the Village. There is a queen bed, a full size futon and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The best part - a reserved garage parking space. Nightly price shown on Airbnb includes the 14% Mammoth local transient occupancy and tourism taxes.

This is a large, updated one bedroom that can easily accommodate 4 people. Since there are two full bathrooms you won't be tripping over each other to get to the shower! The configuration also makes it a great setup for parents with kids, because the kids have their own bathroom without having to come through the master bedroom.

Please keep in mind that while our condo is updated this is an older 1980's building and there is a unit above us. If it's rented (as it often is in season) you will probably hear people walking around upstairs. This is generally not a big deal unless they are inconsiderate and have a party or kids running around. In all the years we've had the condo there have only been a couple times we've had to go up there and remind a guest that quiet time starts at 10pm. But if you're very sensitive to noises like people walking above please take that into consideration.

There is one reserved parking space in the garage, so no scraping ice off your windshield in the morning. Please be aware though the garage height limit is 6' 6" - anything taller than that has to park outside in one of the first come, first served parking spaces on the property.

The Mammoth City tax and Transit Occupancy Tax is included in our nightly fee, so there are no extra fees from us beyond the quoted nightly price + cleaning. My Business License number and TOT certificate number for the City of Mammoth Lakes is 06473.

Full access to the condo, the reserved parking space and the community amenities, including two hot tubs, sauna, BBQ's, a game room and a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines.

Our local manager is Rich with Perfect Clean Inc. and his after-hours emergency number is . Please do not go to the manager's office on site for any issues with the condo - they are only there to maintain the common facilities and parking. Just call me at or Rich for any issues with the condo.

There are owners that live at Crestview year round, so we need our guests to be very respectful of the condo rules. There is an on-site manager who will enforce them. Quiet time is after 10pm and there is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

Great condo! Very cozy and clean, and easily walkable to to village for dinner/drinks/shopping. Also close to the bus stops for a ride up to the mountain if you don't want to drive. Also, Brian (the host) was fantastic- didn't meet him, but exchanged a few messages. He was VERY responsive, and very detailed in providing all of the information we needed; he was also very accommodating and flexible with travel plans- check in/out at odd hours (we got in pretty late) was easy with a key box at the door and because of Brian's detailed instructions, we knew exactly where to go, park, etc. Brian made it all so easy! :) Added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised by how many sleeping options there were- we were only 3 people, but I think the place could easily sleep 5; maybe even 6 - there's a comfy queen bed in the bedroom, a queen or king pull-out couch in the living room, and a double futon in the foyer; plenty of blankets and extra pillows. We had a great stay; I'd recommend this condo to a friend!

Brian's condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic: right between the village and Canyon Lodge. We had a great time in Mammoth!

Great location! Walking distance to the Village Center, as well as the bus pickup is right outside the condo. Brian was very helpful and communicative when I had questions about Mammoth. (It was our first trip.) Brian's place has everything you need. Easy-peasy check in and out. The bed was cozy and living area was perfect for hanging out in after being on the slopes all day! Little heater by the door was perfect for drying wet gloves and shoes:) We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Brian is a great host with quick and detail responses/information. Brian's place is very comfortable and convenient. The garage parking space is close to the apt unit, which is very helpful. We have two young kids, it's nice that the apt is close to the Village and a short drive to the Wooly's tubing park and the Main Lodge. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful and cozy. Perfect for 4 people. The room is very close to the parking lot. Nice and quiet. 5 mins drive to canyon lodge and the mammoth village. This home has everything you need; all the kitchenware you need, lots of heaters, blankets, pillow for 4 people, lots of towels, coffee, creams, splenda, hot chocolate and even popcorn!!! There is one reserved parking spot and plenty of guest parking (anywhere that there isn't number or no parking sign). Lastly Brian is totally a super host!!!

Great place and value in Mammoth. Nice one bedroom that is very roomy and comfy with underground parking.
