Generally I will meet guests and assist with any questions, I'm always available by phone or email.
If you are flying into Sydney the day of check in please forward me your flight number and details, this enables me to monitor Sydney airport arrivals just in case any schedule changes, and assists with a smoother check in process.
Please note if I'm unable to meet guests I will arrange key collection at my other property which is only 10 min drive from the Apartment.
Please note Long term bookings I will arrange in advance to access the apartment for a property inspection fortnightly at a time convenient.
* Owner requires access to the property periodically for inspection during stay.
* Any illegal activity will be reported to the police.
* No parties or gathering of more than four people allowed in this property at any one time.
*Strict No Smoking in the Apartment or the Balcony.
*Apartment Building is a No Smoking zone, foyers and public areas.
*Fire Alarms are sensitive in the building a fee of $1300.00 will be charged to the guest for a false call out by the Fire Dept.
No more than 2 guests can stay in this apartment.
*Strict No Party Policy.
*No large gathering of people in the apartment, no more than 4 people in the property at any one time.
*Please leave the apartment as you found it clean and tidy, wash and dry all dishes.
*Fee for Lost access card $100 each.
*Guests are responsible for any damages & loss / theft of property.

I have lived in Woolloomooloo for over 14 years, I have to admit I have enjoyed living here and very fortunate to have great neighbors that share a passion for our community.
As a regular traveler Internationally and Interstate I have had the pleasure of staying in private holiday rentals and enjoy the fact I had more space and get to stay in interesting homes rather than a hotel room, this led me to rent out my property over the past 6 years which brings me great pleasure in guests enjoying there stay in Woolloomooloo as much as I do.
I'm always close by and happy to assist my guests to make there stay more enjoyable.
This is inner city living and there are colourful characters we have some less than fortunate people who live on the streets in the area they are respectful, all residents actively communicate with the council and police so we can all live in harmony.
