Upstairs suite, high ceilings, lots of windows with excellent long range mountain VIEWS! Sleeps 2 in queen log bed (can add a second bedroom if needed). 2-Room Suite has TV, mini fridge, micro & futon. A delicious breakfast is prepared by a professional Chef. Close to numerous hiking trails, horse riding, gem mining, ziplining, white water rafting, canoeing, skiing. Near Table Rock, Linville Falls & Caverns, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock and Spruce Pine.
Not suitable for younger children, but usually kids 10 and older are fine. You know your children, and remember this is a log/wood house, so calmer, older children are fine. No toddlers or babies as a courtesy to others. Pet friendly for well behaved, socialized, potty trained dogs. Dogs must be friendly with both people and other dogs. Please inquire if bringing a dog, not all breeds and sizes are suitable. No dog may be left in the suite unless crated, this applies any time, even during breakfast. We ask that you do not let dogs on the bed, however that is difficult to enforce, so we ask that if you are going to let your dog on the bed, you bring a comforter to throw over the bed. Not all guests like dog hairs. If you want to let the dog off leash outside, just check with others so we don't have a brawl. $10/day Pet Fee, max $40/week.
As a courtesy to other guests, we no longer take young children.
NO smoking anywhere in the B&B.
We check ID when you check in, so make sure to have a driver's license or other picture ID with you.
