Highly appointed, oak clad, oak beamed, one bedroom bungalow, situated in beautiful rural location. Close to local Pub and shop in centre of idyllic Village. Nearby attractions include; Stonehenge, New Forest, Historic Salisbury and many local walks
The property is a Centuries old Boffy (wash house), that has been lovingly restored and still retains many original features. The main room has vaulted ceilings, with exposed oak beams, to give the whole space an airy feel, whilst still retaining it's cosy nature.
Accès des voyageurs
The Boffy is entirely self-contained and guests will have exclusive use of the space. The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances; washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a TV in the main room and the bedroom, both have access to Freeview.
Please note; because of the rural location, there is intermittent mobile reception and the Boffy does not have Wi-Fi, but these facts should only enhance your relaxation!
Échanges avec les voyageurs
You will be nestled into the grounds of the main thatched cottage and we will be available to give you advice on local walks and attractions, but will also make sure that you have minimal disturbance from the Family home.
The main house is a Family home in which two boys, Sid and Alf (7&5) live, they will be instructed to leave you in peace, but may be spotted in the garden from time to time! We also have an inquisitive cat, Heidi, who will probably come and say hello at some point.
Please note; there is no WiFi at the property and mobile phone coverage in the area is patchy to poor.
Sorry but, no smoking and no pets, also if you can keep outside noise to a minimum late in the evening it will assist us with our neighbours, many thanks.
