Casa do Jasmim is a detached house inside our property.
It has a small private garden with barbecue.
It is possible to park a car inside the gate (although not practical because the space is narrow).
It is very near the center of old town Sintra. People who loved to stay here usually refer that it is calm and private, away from the croud but close to everything.
Palácio da Vila, News museum, Quinta da Regaleira, restaurants and bars are at walking distance.
Casa do Jasmin is a quaint little cottage within a family villa situated at Sintra village. An ample living room, a modern spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom make this a perfect little getaway.
There is also a private garden to the side of the cottage, perfect for barbeques in the long balmy summer evenings. The living room is comfortably furnished and has cable, WIFI, plenty of reading materials and simple games should you choose to spend a quiet evening in.
This cottage is ideal for families as there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and French doors that open into a private space under a typical Portuguese pergola. Breakfast in bed could not be better! The second bedroom has 2 single beds (a single bed and a second pull-out bed) and is close to the master bedroom - perfect for younger kids. With 2 more single sofa beds in the living room Casa do Jasmin can
comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and has a dining table. There is a washing machine for your laundry needs. The WC / shower room has free-flowing hot and cold water.

We live very near Casa do Jasmim (it is the same gate) so most time we are here to help you should you need anything.
Casa do Jasmim is ideal for a couple with up to 2 children, however there's room for 2 more adults or children sleeping in the living room.
No pets allowed, since we have 2 old and friendly dogs and 3 cats. We do our best to keep our pets away from Casa do Jasmim, however a visit from a curious cat is possible.
Casa do Jasmim is inside our property, sharing the same gate. However it is completelly private and has its own garden.
I work a lot and I'm always moving arround. I divide my days between Sintra and Lisbon, and I really love my work.
When I'm not working I'm waking my dogs, being with friends, reading, ...or sleeping. I also love cinema, theatre, going to exhibitions, etc. but helas! time is not elastic so I do not go as often as I would like to.
I live in a big and very old building ideally located in the old village of Sintra. It is a family house that has a small apartment separated within the property, and when we decided to make it available to short term rentals we immediately saw the advantages: we would be able to keep our apartment in good condition and we would have an extra income.
After this experience started we were surprised by another very nice advantage: we are meeting nice people from around the world that love Sintra and Portugal and are happy to stay at our house. It really has been a pleasure.
