Just off the kitchen is an enormous half bath, and another door that leads to the common area courtyard where you can chill and grill. You must be 25 or older to rent the condo; a photo ID is required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. We must have an agreed to copy of the Rental Agreement prior to check-in. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the condo.

Minimum Stay & Occupancy: We have a minimum 2-7 night stay on reservations. Occupancy is limited to 6. Allowing others to occupy the condo above its stated occupancy limit will be subject to additional fees or eviction without refund.

Cancellations: We will issue a full refund for reservations canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date. Deposit payment rental fees for reservations changed or canceled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. The $250 security deposit will be refunded if the loft is left in the same condition as when guests checked in.

Check-In: You may schedule check-in between 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Central time. Special arrangements may be made if you cannot check in during this time. As this is a private home rental, check-in time must be coordinated with us so that we can meet you and give you keys, remotes, etc. and do a quick pre-stay walk-through.

Check-Out: Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any guest who does not vacate the condo by 11:00 a.m. will be assessed a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour.

Damages and Excessive Cleaning: Guest agrees to leave the condo in an undamaged condition, without the need for excessive cleaning.

Pets and Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the condo, stairwell, elevator, lobby, atrium or any interior space in the building. Pets are not permitted in the building or condo itself. Any unauthorized pets or smoking in the condo are subject to a $300.00 fee and you may be asked to leave the condo immediately with no refund.

Common Areas: Common areas are shared by all owners and tenants in the building and are managed by the Condo Association. Please respect the property and those who live here. Any abuse of the property or disruptive conduct is cause for eviction without refund. You must be quiet in the common areas from 10 pm – 9 am.

Great place! Refinished place with lots of space. It was perfect size for the 6 of us staying a long weekend in Nashville. Two air mattresses available to accommodate.

Absolutely amazing property, even more beautiful than the pictures show. Also much bigger than the pictures look, giants rooms and bathrooms. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and money to make the property perfect. Beautiful kitchen, top of the line appliances, beautiful and comfortable beds and furniture. The propert is just absolutely beautiful. Also just a few blocks to the Parthenon and Vanderbilt University, and a 5-10 dollar uber ride to downtown and other areas of Nashville. Check in/check out was extremely easy and communication was prompt. I would definitely stay here again for our next Nashville trip and plan on doing so! Thank you guys so much for a perfect stay!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. I was very disappointed by the misleading listing, however, stating that the 2 bedroom home had 5 beds, which was not what we walked into. There were 2 beds and a pullout couch. When we called to resolve the situation, we were told that only if 8 guests were staying would the provide the 2 additional beds- cots/rollaways. This was not stated anywhere in the listing nor the contract. We were told "the office" would call us back the next morning to resolve the issue for the 6 of us but we never received another call. The area was safe, convenient, beautiful, with plentiful parking, and the check in and check out processes were very simple, but I would only recommend to those who need 2 beds.

The property is nice, good location. However the listing says 5 beds and that is not the case. 2 beds upstairs and a pull out couch = 3 total. A bit misleading

We do have 2 additional beds for the condo. When your reservation is made we bring in the extra beds based on the number of guests you enter on your reservation. We are so sorry, since you had 6 guests listed on your reservation we didn't set up the extra beds. We will make that more clear on the listing for future guests that it important to list your actual number of guests so we can plan for you accordingly with beds, linens, towels, etc. Thanks for the input!
