As soon as you drive up you’ll see the gorgeous building and your front door just steps from the curb. When you enter the foyer you’ll see the grand downstairs gathering area, with 10’ ceilings, hardwood floors, a comfy living room with deluxe sleeper sofa, dining area that seats six, a bar area that seat four, custom cabinetry, and huge gourmet kitchen! Just off the kitchen is an enormous half bath, and another door that leads to the common area courtyard where you can chill and grill. This will also lead to the elevator where you can head down to the private parking garage in case you’d like to park there to keep your car out of the elements. When you journey to the second floor up the mosaic tiled staircase you’ll come to the on-suite laundry area and two amazing bedrooms. The master is massively over sized with a sitting area, balcony, plush king bed, a gorgeous on-suite bathroom with soaker tub, and a walk in master closet that can hold more clothes that you could possibly bring on vacation! The second bedroom boasts a fluffy queen bed, a balcony, on-suite full bathroom, and great closet space. This condo is the palace of fun with lots of room for gathering and dining!

Guests are provided an access code to the condo's secure entry on Parthenon Avenue. The rental is of the entire condo and guests have access to the inside of the entire unit. Enjoy!

You will LOVE that each bedroom has its own on-suite full bath and private balcony!
You must be 25 or older to rent the condo; a photo ID is required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. We must have an agreed to copy of the Rental Agreement prior to check-in. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the condo.
Minimum Stay & Occupancy: We have a minimum 2-7 night stay on reservations. Occupancy is limited to 6. Allowing others to occupy the condo above its stated occupancy limit will be subject to additional fees or eviction without refund.
Cancellations: We will issue a full refund for reservations canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date. Deposit payment rental fees for reservations changed or canceled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. The $250 security deposit will be refunded if the loft is left in the same condition as when guests checked in.
Check-In: You may schedule check-in between 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Central time. Special arrangements may be made if you cannot check in during this time. As this is a private home rental, check-in time must be coordinated with us so that we can meet you and give you keys, remotes, etc. and do a quick pre-stay walk-through.
Check-Out: Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any guest who does not vacate the condo by 11:00 a.m. will be assessed a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour.
Damages and Excessive Cleaning: Guest agrees to leave the condo in an undamaged condition, without the need for excessive cleaning.
Pets and Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the condo, stairwell, elevator, lobby, atrium or any interior space in the building. Pets are not permitted in the building or condo itself. Any unauthorized pets or smoking in the condo are subject to a $300.00 fee and you may be asked to leave the condo immediately with no refund.
Common Areas: Common areas are shared by all owners and tenants in the building and are managed by the Condo Association. Please respect the property and those who live here. Any abuse of the property or disruptive conduct is cause for eviction without refund. You must be quiet in the common areas from 10 pm – 9 am.
