My modern 2 storey warehouse style penthouse sits atop a heritage building with sunny terraces on two sides. Enjoy this outstanding location with all central Melbourne has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE: Construction next door from 7/8am Monday to Saturday. Also no TV, just a projector and DVD player.

This is a boutique building located directly next to and on top of some of Melbourne's most acclaimed coffee and eateries. You won't need a car, and maybe not even public transport to explore everything this great city has to offer. Stylishly and comfortably furnished with original art and a peaceful palette of warm tones - it's a great place to relax. I don't own a TV or microwave - maybe that's quirky, but it keeps my life simple and it might just rub off on you too. Of course, free unlimited wireless internet and a DVD player and projector mean you won't be starved of screen time completely if you so choose.

You have the full run of the apartment, including downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, full laundry and powder room. The barbecue terrace is a highlight for a sunny afternoon or easy cooking at night. Upstairs are queen and double bedrooms both with hanging space, a bathroom with shower and a study nook. Unlimited wireless internet is included. The building has no facilities but there are ample gyms and pools nearby.

Nigel is the most welcoming and accommodating host, he was kindly able to accommodate flexible check in & out times. & the whole experience start to finish was so laid back, easy & fabulous! the place is amazing & you can't get a better more central location. Can't wait to come stay again next time we're in Melbourne, thanks for having us :)

Great location ... Epic Hardware Lane. Well set up apartment with full kitchen facilities. Nice outdoor area. Very enjoyable.

Nigel's apartment was perfect! It was clean, in a convenient location, beds were comfy, there was a beautiful bar/restaurant just across the street so my hubby and I could go for a drink after kids were asleep and he had CHOCOLATE in his pantry!

Nigel's place was excellent...convenient location, close to everything and some really nice eateries on the doorstep... Nigel was very accomodating and easy to deal with, would recommend

I’m a creative design professional living and working in the city. I work for not-for-profits, local government and lecture at a local uni. It’s a great life and I’m so happy to share my little piece with you. I’m fairly easy going and live by the ‘treat others as you’d like to be treated’ mantra – I’m sure this will stand me in good stead with my Airbnb guests also. Relax and Enjoy as I do!
