At check-in, the keys to the condo can only be given to the same person that made the booking and must show their identification (state drivers license or passport) at check-in.

For your enjoyment, our condo is smoke free. Any evidence of any type of smoke damage inside the vacation rental will incur a $250 fine and will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorizing.

In addition to the owner's house rules, the AOAO (Association of Apartment Owners) has house rules. (Security, noise, guests, pets, illegal/prohibited activities, leak procedures, etc.):

Violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund.

The building manager may post notices of a scheduled or emergency water shutdown in order to do plumbing repairs in the building. He does not contact the owner of the condo. You need to check for any notices in the elevator daily and plan accordingly.

All guests must register with the building manager in the lobby. In the event the building manager's office is closed at time of check-in, you will need to register the next day it is open.

Check-out is at or prior to 10:00am on check-out date. (The cleaning service will arrive shortly after 10am to prepare the rental for the next tenant.) There is a $50 PER HOUR charge for late check-outs and will be deducted from the deposit. The elevator fobs must be left on the desk and the doors closed and locked upon check-out.

All dishes, pots, pans, glasses and utensils must be cleaned before check-out and all trash and recyclables must be placed in the trash chute or dumpster in the basement. (Washed dishes may be left in the dish rack to dry. Do not put wet dishes back in the cupboards.) We will clean everything else. There is a $100 service charge for unwashed dishes or trash left in the condo and will be deducted from the deposit.

If you forget your personal code for the safe, there is a $35 emergency safe opening charge to recover valuables inside.

Our Kuhio condo can sleep a maximum of 2 guests and comes furnished with two bath towels, two beach towels, one hand towel, one face towel for EACH GUEST. A baby is considered a guest. One flat sheet, one fitted sheet, three pillows, three pillow cases and one blanket will be provided for EACH BED. Being a vacation rental and not a hotel, there is no room service during your stay. A laundromat is located on the first floor and some cleaning supplies are provided in the room.

You will be fully responsible for any damaged or missing items in the vacation rental during your stay. The shower may not be used to dye hair. Repairs or replacements will billed against your deposit.

Nice place for the value. Walk distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars..etc. The only negative I will say and it's not really a negative but if you rent a car the parking next door charges $25 a day. If you pay in the afternoon and then drive somewhere when you come back there might not be parking available so you pretty much paid for nothing.

This is the greatest place! Very close to beaches, shopping centers, small stores, laundromat downstairs. Craig was very welcoming and organized. Studio is very clean, includes all necessary items for the great vacation time. Craig is always helpful with any questions regarding the studio, any time. Thank you, Craig! Studio is not that big, but very cozy, has a good shower/bath and convenient in terms of location. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who travels alone or as a couple. Thank you, Craig, for this clean and neat place!

Craig's place is just as described, immaculately clean, comfy bed, good shower and air con. Building is older but was quiet and secure. Excellent central location, just a few minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Craig has thoughtfully stocked with ample towels, even beach towels and chairs and boogie board and little things like salt,pepper, glad wrap, garbage bags, shampoo, soap etc. Very thoughtful. Well equipped mini kitchen area. Would happily stay again.

Had a great stay at Craig's Waikiki condo, we really enjoyed its proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bus stops. Would recommend to most people who are after the basics in a premium location.

A great place to stay: easy access to the beach (can take key fob into ocean so don't have to leave it on the beach), close to all Waikiki has to offer. Beach towel was very handy too.

We had a great stay at Craig's place! The location is amazing, about a 2 minute walk to Duke's statue and the beach, and super close to so many restaurants. The apartment feels very safe and secure. It is a little small, but this can be seen in the pictures and there is plenty of places to store belongings and suitcases. Perfectly big enough size for 1 person or a couple. The apartment is very well equipped with all necessary amenities. Air con worked well, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Craig was helpful and friendly at check in.

Craig made the check in process a breeze. The apartment is a great deal for it's prime location, it's quietness, and safety. I moved in from the Hilton down the street and was even more comfortable in the apartment. I'm not a picky traveler, as long as the place is clean, quiet, and safe, I'm happy, such a prime location. Thanks Craig, I will recommend to others.
