This fully renovated 2 bedroom centrally located unit has a pool, private BBQ area, sunny balcony, is 150 metres to the beach, 100 metres to shops, restaurants & bars and a 5 min walk to the tram for easy transport to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

The unit suits a maximum of 4 people only as there are only two beds. It is ideal for one or two couples, one couple and a single adult/child, or one or two singles.

Open plan living, tiled throughout with carpeted bedrooms. Large front balcony with gorgeous leafy street scape. Pool at the rear with your own private entertaining area including BBQ, lounge, 6 seat outdoor table and 2 sun chairs.

In the lounge room there is a 5 seater lounge, smart TV, DVD player and 8 seater dining room table.

Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes in which guests will be be given space. Guests will also be provided drawer space to store personal belongings during their stay. There is a queen bed in both bedrooms.

In the kitchen guests are provided with tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances including coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, slow cooker, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Guests are welcome to use all appliances to increase the comfort of their stay. There is no dishwasher.

In the bathrooms guests are provided with fresh clean towels and soap.

Guests have full access to all of the unit and facilities. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival to organise key collection.

At the time of your check-in we will be available to welcome you, give you a tour of the unit and provide you with any information you need to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

The famous Tedder Ave is only 100 metres away where you will discover a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Indian, Greek, Japanese and Modern Australian dining. There are also bars, convenience stores, ATM's, fashion boutiques and bottle shops.

If you walk 150 metres in the other direction you will reach the glorious stretch of white sand and patrolled surf beaches. Also nearby and in walking distance are beautiful parks, the broad water, Marina Mirage and Seaworld.

Everyone in Main Beach is friendly and there is plenty of activity with people walking, running and cycling along the beach front.

At night the area is very quiet so you will be assured of getting a peaceful nights sleep. There is no traffic noise; just the distant sound of the rolling ocean.

You will be able to walk to many places in and around Main Beach. The light rail station is only a 5 minute walk and the trams run every 12 minutes. The tram line runs from Southport to the casino in Broadbeach giving you easy access to more activities and attractions.

During your stay we have alternative accommodation which is only 150 metres away so if our guests need us we are available to assist with any problems.

As this is in a small block of 10 units and we also use this property ourselves from time to time we expect that our guests are clean, respectful of our personal property so as not to cause damage, consider other residents at all times in terms of noise and abide by body corporate rules.

We appreciate our guests leaving the unit in the same state and condition as it was when our guests arrived. We are happy for you to strip the beds and put dirty linen and towels in the laundry if you have time before leaving.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit and cigarette ash and butts are to be disposed of and not left on the deck or thrown onto the grounds. Smoking inside will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee.
