One block from Main Street. A full kitchen, dining room area, living room area, and a private entrance. Queen bed in the bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom includes a shower and full-size washer and dryer. Licensed and Permitted by the State of Idaho and City of Hailey.
Light and bright with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan. Cellular shades on all windows for privacy; blackout shades in bedroom to keep things dark. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. The house was originally built in 1926 so there is a bit of wear on the edges but the apartment is clean and kept up; all new kitchen and bathroom appliances were installed in 2012.

Towels, sheets, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and Tide pods are provided. DirecTV access (including Sunday Ticket and local feeds) and wireless internet access included. No shared walls with the main house.
Please be respectful of neighbors and the tenants in the main house. Turn off lights when you leave. Please do not run air conditioner or heat while windows are open. Local quiet hours in effect from 10PM to 10AM due to city ordinance. Well-trained, housebroken pets considered; must be okayed by host. No smoking allowed.
Please load/start dishwasher if necessary, strip linens, towels, etc. and load/start clothes washer, and put trash in provided wastebasket. If necessary, overflow trash can be thrown away in the bins in front of the house. Turn the heat/air conditioner to 65, close windows, and turn off all lights.
I'm a small business owner who has lived in the valley for years. As a host, I will give you your privacy, but I am always available via text or Airbnb message. Travel would not be complete to me without great food, art life, and attending sporting events!
