Very quiet and sunny apartment facing a cosy courtyard. The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space. Supermarket, train line, and bike share station at the doorstep. 20 minute walking distance to the city center.
The apartment has a large living room with windows from the floor to the ceiling, which lets a lot of daylight in and is a pleasure to sit in and work or relax.
Accès des voyageurs
You have your own bedroom, a shared living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. I rarely if ever use any of the latter three, so it's pretty much all yours. You will have the door code and the key to be able to come and go as you please.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I'll happily try to make myself available to show you around the city, or tell you which parts you should check out while you're here.
I'm looking for clean, responsible tenants. You are welcome to use all the amenities in the apartment, come and go as you like. Please do not smoke inside - feel free to use the balcony if you have to.
I'm a 24 year old software engineer working in Dublin. I am originally from the Eastern Europe, but have lived in the US for the last 10 years. I have been in Dublin since the end of 2014 and fell in love with it then and there.
I work a lot during the week and like to get out of town on the weekends to explore the countryside on random cycling/rock climbing trips - so you will largely have the entire place to yourself.
