ROOM in home. This is a 25 x 15 sized room with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa converted living within a home and away from the remainder of the home. The area is conveniently located away from the remainder of the house 1 or our 3 baths is being remodeled.
Freshly remodeled with new furniture, full bath next to room is being is in the finishing stages of being remodeled but we hope it will be completed by the time you check in.

You'll probably see us daily, are two small children that live here 2 year old and one seven-year-old in the home, not quiet but super friendly.
We charge a Doggy rent must be approved Please remember that two small children live here so the house isn't always quiet but is a lot of fun, kid friendly. There is a tv in the main living room but not located in your room it's self.
We also have a garage gym, fenced in back yard.

The property is fully fenced and located in a great kid friendly location with bikes, kids toys and a gym. you can use what ever you want. We ask you lock up the bikes and things as we live in a beach community and things get taken often. Also please let us know if anything has broken of gone missing. This is a quiet neighborhood so please take care when throwing parties or having gatherings, including being aware of parking as many families live here and have small children and also need to park their cars on this street.
Please throw all trash in the trash containers out front and put dirty towels in dirty towels in the bathtubs

Quiet hours shall be from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. when Occupant/s shall not make or allow any excessive noise in or around the unit that may disturb other persons or neighbors.
Occupant/s shall not make or allow any excessive noise in the unit, nor permit any actions, which will interfere with the rights, comforts, quiet enjoyment, or conveniences of other persons or neighbors.
Occupant/s and guests of occupants shall refrain from playing musical instruments, television sets, stereos, radios, and any other entertainment or equipment at a volume of which would disturb other persons or neighbors.
Occupant/s shall refrain, and shall ensure that occupant’s guests likewise refrain, from activities and conduct outside of the unit (in common areas, parking areas, or recreation facilities), which is likely to annoy or disturb other persons or neighbors.
CLEANLINESS AND TRASH:
Occupant/s shall keep the unit clean, sanitary and free from objectionable odors at all times.
Occupant/s shall place cigarette butts and trash in appropriate receptacles to prevent litter around the unit or in common areas.
Occupant/s shall not allow trash, garbage and/or other useless materials to accumulate in or around their unit, or in the common areas. Occupant/s shall use the trash containers provided for that purpose on a regular basis. Failure to do so could cause a hazard or violation of health, fire or safely ordinances and/or regulations.
If more than one trash container are on site, Occupant/s shall not overload one if there is room in another container.
Occupant/s shall not dispose of any used vehicle oil, combustible or hazardous materials in trash containers on site.
Occupant/s shall refrain from leaving bicycles, surf boards, play equipment or other articles in the stairways or other common areas. Recreational items are to be used in designated areas only.
Trash containers shall be replaced the next day to their designated spots on the driveway’s edge by Occupant/s.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Occupant/s should lock all doors, windows, or sliding glass doors and turn off all appliances (except refrigerator) before leaving the unit.
Smoking in the unit is forbidden. Please be advised that smoking in the unit may cause damage to its interior surfaces. Occupant/s will be responsible for any such damage.
A responsible adult must supervise Occupant’s children and/or children of guests on the premises at all times.
For fire emergencies, call 911.
Occupant/s shall refrain from making any repairs, alterations, or improvements to the unit without the written consent of Owner/Agent. Occupant/s shall refrain from attaching anything to the walls and shall be liable for the cost of any repairs necessary during or after residency to restore premises to its original check-in condition.
Occupant/s shall wash sand off of their body or equipment from the beach with the hose outside and shall not wash sand down the drains in the unit. Costs of repair or clearance of stoppages in waste pipes or drains, water pipes or plumbing fixtures caused by negligence or improper usage are the responsibility of the Occupant/s. Payment for corrective action must be paid.
