This was my first AirBnB stay. I was very skeptical to stay at AirBnB initially. However, after staying at Julia's, I'm converted.
She responded to all my questions quickly and was very helpful throughout. Her son picked us up from the bus station and helped us with one of our luggages (the building is a walk up, there's no elevator). Her apt is on the 3rd floor.
The apt is very spacious, organized, comfortable and clean. She was kind enough to stock the apt with tourist maps, museum leaflets, directions to the nearest grocery store and even public transportation cards (you just need to load with $), all of which was very helpful. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a washer/dryer (there's no detergent so plan to bring some) and a drying rack. The kitchen is also equipped with a bread toaster, pots and pans, dining ware, microwave, french press, coffee, tea etc. The bedroom has a double bed, extra comforter, pillow and sheets for the 3rd/4th persons. The living room has a huge sofa that's convertible into a bed for 2 persons. Julia also left a fruit basket with fruits from the family farm, which was such a nice touch and really made us feel welcomed.
The apt is right across from the bus and tram stops, and walking distance (10 mins?) to old town.
Her son dropped us off at the airport on our last day. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Julia's apt!
