Either the entire house or a room is available, depending on the listing. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king and access to the loft space on the upper bonus level. The guest bedroom has a queen, reading chair, desk and chair, and luggage rack. The upper loft runs the entire length of the house and is accessed through the master bedroom, which is off the dining room and looks into the back yard. An upper "loft" space is accessed through the master bedroom, in what we call the "Narnia door" from the built in closet. Steep stairs require careful attention for both adults and kids. No socks allowed. This space runs the distance from front to back of the house, with windows on both ends, three skylights, and a new queen bed in a little nook at the front side of the house. The height is around 6' in the middle and slopes quickly. There are 2 toddler beds and 2 pack n' play are available. This is essentially a massive play space. Feel free to have your kids enjoy the space and supervise as necessary, including use of the safety gate.
The basement includes a brand new high end washer and dryer. Otherwise the basement is large but not yet finished.
Given the access through the bedroom to the loft, it means either a family or a group of friends who are fine to have closer quarters. An air mattress is also available and the couch is very comfortable and is exactly two twin sized bed sizes in an L (sheets are available). So there are plenty of bed options, but less privacy for a larger group.
Great for families with kids!
