When check in is completed, it is understood that the guest is familiar and fully agrees with these rules. In case of failure to comply with house rules, the host has the right to cancel further services.
1. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to submit his/her ID to the host for registering to the authorities. The documents must be returned to the guest within 24 hours (usually 2-3 hours).
2. Accommodation is available from 14.00 o’clock on the arrival day until 11.00 o’clock on the departure day.
3. Accommodation expenses are paid personally to the host in CASH (CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!) or to the host bank account unless booking is made through AIRBnB. Payment is exclusively in Euro according to the price list for the current year.
4. The accommodation cleaning is done at each guests’ shift by the host. The extra linens are changed at an extra cost. If the guest requires accommodation cleaning during their stay, then this can be organized at an extra cost of 10 Euros per Hour.
5. The host has no right without the guest permission to enter the facility, or to use the guest's personal property. The host may enter the house without the presence of guests only in cases when there is a reasonable suspicion that the premises or the guest are in danger, or when there is a reasonable suspicion of a gross violation of the house rules.
6. The host is at guest disposal during the guest stay for any information or help. The host is not required or responsible for organizing the guests’ free time.

13. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not beneficiaries of the rented facility and are not listed on the enclosed pre-booking. In case of finding people who are not registered or have not announced, the host has the right to cancel accommodation without paying a charge-back.
14. The guest, who willfully or through negligence causes damage to the facility, will have to reimburse the full amount of damage. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to personally invite the host in order to inspect all rooms and home appliances, to prove that they are not damaged or stilled. Only then, the guest has the right to depart. The damage, which is not registered upon the departure, will be claimed later lawsuit against the guest.

Appartement très confortable et très propre, se trouvant à proximité de Kotor (en face dans la baie). À conseiller pour un séjour dans la région. La baignade au bas de l'appartement est possible toutefois la localisation en "bout de baie", limite le brassage d'eau et son renouvellement par rapport à d'autres endroits dans le fjord.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Miljana's apartment is in a great location, is clean and modern with all the amenities. She and her sister were wonderful hosts. They made you feel so welcome at their place and in their country. I can't say enough about my wonderful stay here . It was a highlite of my summer of 2017 vacation!;)

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben - sehr schön, alles neu, Klimaanlage (sehr von Vorteil, wir hatten bis 40C Hitze!), tolle Lage, Schwimmmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Miljana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin; immer verfügbar und sehr hilfreich - sie half uns z.B. ein Taxi zum Flughafen und einen sehr günstigen Mietwagen zu buchen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr!

Miljana was a wonderful host. We came to Montenegro by car and had some difficulties at the border. We came very late at night and the next day of our stay. Miljana was very communicative and waited for us for the late check-in. She gave us a very generous offer to stay extra day in order not to lose anything. A very nice gesture. The appartment was very clean. The location very good, the sea is just outside the door. Miljana arranged for a parking just in front of the house, which was very convenient. Very calm and good location if you like peace and quite. Very good for families. The Old Town is only 15 min walks. Mini Market and nice restaurant (Relax) is very nearby. We thank you Miljana for your hospitality and kindeness. We highly recommend Miljana as a host.

This is a gorgeous apartnent and Miljana and her sister, Yovana, could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The view to Kotor is just beautiful, and the apartment is well appointed and luxuriously renovated. Two things to be aware of: it is a penthouse, so there's lots of stairs involved in reaching it! Didn't bother us any, but might if you have mobility issues. And while it is not a long walk to Kotor, it is along a narrow, very busy road with few sidewalks. We got used to that, but it is a little disconcerting at first. Overall, would highly recommend!
