The apartment boasts 3 bedrooms (2 with king bed, 1 with double bed, all with wardrobes), 2 modern bathrooms (1 with bathtub and shower, 1 with shower only), a full eat-in kitchen, and an ample living room with dining table and sofabed. One of the bedrooms is sea-facing and enjoys views of Fort Lovrijenac in the distance. A small terrace in front of the building with table, chairs, and sun umbrella is at guests' disposal (cushion are kept in the apartment).
The apartment enjoys a prime yet quiet location just behind the Hilton Hotel, a mere 2-minute walk away from the Old Town (just 29 steps), bus stops, taxi stands, markets, and bakeries. The Apartment is located in the Pile area of Dubrovnik, which lies just 300 metres from Old Town's Pile Gate. It is a perfect location because it is quiet yet very close to all amenities. The Pile Gate entrance to Old Town (about 1-2 minutes from the apartment) is a hub of activity with transportation, taxis, shops, spas, markets, bars, restaurants, ATMs, etc, situated there. There are also several secluded spots from which to 'swim off the rocks' into the crystal clear Adriatic sea. A bit farther afoot, on the Ploce side of Old Town, is the large and luxurious Banje Beach and East/West beach club (approx 15 minutes' walking distance from the apartment). The apartment sits just behind the 5-star Hilton Hotel, an excellent spot for cocktails, breakfast, or light meals.
There is much to do in the immediate area: sightseeing; boat trips to the nearby Elafiti islands or the local ferry to Lokrum island which leave from the Old Town port, Dubrovnik cable car to the top of Srd hill, and kayaking, to name a few. It is also possible to take a variety of tours to places such as the Peljesac wine region, Montenegro, Mostar, and Medjugorje. The Dubrovnik Summer Festival and the Dubrovnik Wine and Jazz Festival in the fall are other highlights of the region.
1 minute walk away is the bus stop and taxi rank for Dubrovnik by Pile Gate Entrance to the Old Town.

Guest has the right to freely use the apartment and all equipment and rooms inventory and installation carefully and dutifully as responsible master.
Guest is not allowed to:
• Leave appliances, air-conditioning and other electrical equipment on while leaving the apartment. Also all doors should be closed before leaving, or ensured against draft.
• Bring in flammable or explosive materials or materials with strong and unpleasant odours. Bring in domestic or wild animals.
• Smoke in the apartment
• Bring in persons not registered as guests, to stay in the apartment, stay overnight or sleep.
• Take any objects, inventory or appliances out of the apartment.
• Move the arrangement of furniture in the apartment.
• Disturb peace between 2pm-5pm and 11pm-7am, or make loud noise by use of radio sets, television or other appliances or musical instruments.
Guest agrees to:
• Leave the apartment on the last day by 11am if guest don’t have other arrangements with lessor.
• Confirm on arrival what time they will check out apartment & return keys.

The Gold family are Sally, Harriett, Tim and Freddie the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Sally used to own and run The Courtyard Restaurant in Nuneaton, Tim works for PWC in Leeds and Harriett is a solicitor in Bristol.
We all work long hours and the apartment is our home-from-home bolt-hole, hence it is furnished to a high and comfortable standard. Unfortunately, Freddie hates the heat and doesn't make the trips over to Dubrovnik, but the rest of us can catch a 10 o'clock flight from London and be enjoying a late lunch overlooking the Adriatic Sea just a few hours later. Knowing the apartment is there helps us get through our hectic lifestyle and we are confident that you will take a lot of pleasure from a relaxing break too.
