Good morning to you. The 50c is a stay tax which is written on Airbnb. This must be paid from the client which is a 50c per day when he arrives at the apartment. This is a government tax on all tourist who arrives in Malta. We pay another tax of 7% which is included in the price. Yes for electricity we have an amount of units for 1 week. Who stayed in the apartment and took care of Electricity they never used all the electricity that we gave them. He said that you were always out and never used electricity. So how come it's over with a good amount of units? For sure you or your friends have used air-condition. We need to do the units because people leave the air condition on and they do not take care of it. They even leave on the AC and go out so when they came back it will be cool. So thats why we make free units with every booking. Who did not used air-condition never used up the units of electricity. Even we have found the electricity to heat up the water on. We have the solar system to heat up the water. There were the instructions that you don't need to put it on to work with electricity because it will be heated with the solar panels. But again you did not read the instructions of the apartment. It's very easy that you blame the other part. But for this, it's your blame that you have not read the rules and instruction how to use the things that we have in the apartment. For the oven there were the instructions how to use it. But you did not bother to read them to see how the oven is used. In fact, I had to come over to show you know how to use it. The 2nd problem for the shower. Never and never someone have told me that there was no pressure for the water in the shower. It's the pressure that we have from the government. We can do nothing about it 3rd problem We gave you 2 keys. When you left we went to check the apartment. After 2 hours that you left we have sent you on (Hidden by Airbnb) that there was 1 key missing. You said it's not true. So where is the other 2nd key?? We had to do another pair of keys to give it to the next guest that was coming on the same day. For arrival instructions, we have sent you instructions how you need to come from the airport. These were sent when you have booked the apartment. Again you have not read it because you have sent me 2 messages from (Hidden by Airbnb) so I send the instruction again. For the location. We don't suggest to hire a car because in peak season it's very difficult to find a car space. It's better that you go around with the bus. The bus stop is next to the apartment and its very easy to use. For Cleanliness I have come over more than 2 times and you never mentioned that it's not cleaned. When we meet more than 4 times in 1 week and asked you if everything is ok and if you need anything, you always told me that everything is ok. So how come after you leave you to mention all these things? It's useless that you complain after you leave. If they were not clean I think that you will complain when you arrive so we can come to clean it again. But you never complained to us. We clean very well after people leave the apartment so when don't have any complaints. For the advice that you gave to people not to book again. You have not read anything from the instructions that we have sent you. And for this reasons you are complaining about all the things that there were instructions about them. The people can see all the reviews that we have. You are the first person that you have complained all these things for this apartment. Next time when you book somewhere else read all the instructions that they will send you before you go to the apartment so you get familiar to the apartment. I leave it to the people that came after you. When they make a review for this apartment about the cleanliness. Well, come and enjoy your holiday in this apartment in Sliema, which is in the centre of Sliema. Ubytování bylo čisté a prostorné. Nejvíc se nám líbily dvě velké terasy, na kterých jsme často večeřeli. Komunikace s majitelkou byla naprosto bezproblémová. Jediným problémem byly časté výpadky internetu, ale s tímto problémem se zřejmě potýká celá Malta.
