Modernly renovated 2-BR apartment in the center of SoHo Central. The place is decorated with top finishing and furniture. The location in SoHo is amazing with restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. MTR is just minutes walk down the road.

Le logement

This large 2-BR renovated colonial apartment is 100% exclusively yours when you rent it. It has just recently been entirely renovated both the exterior and interior!! The apartment is situated on Bridges Street in SOHO, Central.

With this great space, you will be in the center of all the best entertainment and dining spots in Hong Kong, yet it is located away from all the bars and noise. It is communal but there should still be room for everyone. Note the building has 6 apartments only, so it's considered semi private already :-)

This apartment is located in a VERY convenient location with the MTR just a few minutes walk away and with the SOHO escalator a mere 200 meters away. Furthermore, the apartment enjoys being close to the main road and MTR station just down the hill. The apartment is as convenient as it can get if you wish to be near the best entertainment spots in Hong Kong. You cannot find anything better located.

The apartment is furnished modernly with the best furniture and the best hotel quality bedding. The apartment comes with FREE wifi usage and cable TV.

Below is a brief description of what the apartment contains.

The space contains a huge comfortable QUEEN (160 cm x 200 cm) sized bed with room for 2 to sleep comfortably in the Master Bedroom.

In Bedroom 2 there is a Double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) sized bed that can sleep 2 comfortably.

You will have access to the luxurious hotel styled bathroom from the living room. The bathroom is a newly renovated stand up shower cabinet with a new toilet and a huge sink. Everything is brand new and it's VERY VERY SPACIOUS for Hong Kong standards!

In the living area there is a huge 2.5 person seater sofa. From this you can enjoy the 40 inch TV with lots of channels. You will also have access to an open island kitchen with all the utensils you need. The TV has plenty of channels, both international and local channels for your browsing. Free usage of internet/WIFI during your stay. There are 2 comfortable foldable mattresses with bedding inside the closet that can be used for guest number 5+6.

The open kitchen contains a fridge, microwave/oven and all the standard utensils, plates etc for you if you wish to use during your stay. You can have your meal on the cozy Fritz Hansen table while enjoying the views of SOHO and Central through the huge windows.

If you wish to have your privacy you can close the curtains entirely. The curtains are blackout curtains.

**** Please note this apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building with staircases only - meaning there is no elevator. ****

Central: 2 minutes away on foot.
Mong Kok: 8 minutes walk to MTR and 10 minutes away by MTR.
Causeway Bay: 8 minutes walk to MTR and 5 minutes away by (website hidden) International Airport: 8 minutes walk to MTR and 24 minutes away by Airport Express.
By taxi you are 30 minutes away to the airport.
Macau Ferry Terminal: Walk is 5 minutes.
CBD: 5 minutes walk down the Escalator.
SOHO: You are in SOHO! It is at your doorstep.

Please kindly empty the trash when needed, instead of emptying the trash in one go after multiple days. The rubbish can be disposed into the rubbish bin at the emergency staircase.

Please kindly do not congregate in front of the main entrance to the building on check-in or at any time.

Please kindly do not block the entrance to the building or wait in front of the lift in the lobby.

If you are a larger party with a lot of guests, please be considerate to other residents in the building and enter the building in smaller groups of people. That will ease congestion of the lobby area, and avoid residents complaining about unnecessary many people and luggages in the elevator.

Do make yourself at home, but please help save the environment by turning off the air conditioner and all electrical appliances when u leave the apartment, many thanks for your cooperation.

If somebody or the security guards asks, please tell them you are a friend of mine. This is because the apartment is located in a private residential building.

Please remove all flight check-in sticker labels from the luggage, so as not to cause unnecessary attention from residents.

Please do not disturb the neighbors and keep your voice down at night and early morning time to avoid unnecessary complaints.

The water heater needs to be turned off when not in use. If it breaks due to prolonged time left on, you will not have any hot water for your stay.

In the case that you have an evening departure flight:
Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Airport Express station, which is located at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.

Great location. Very clean and compact. Perfect for our week stay in Hong Kong ! Host was easily accessible and quick to reply to any of our queries. The air conditioning was really good - essential for this time of hear !

遇到緊急狀況未能即時回覆。 熱水器電源表示不清楚,導致第一晚入住洗冷水澡。 隔音效果差,樓上住客走路聲都能聽的一清二楚。 提供的電視遙控器也沒電。

The location is perfect although the apartment is very small (typical for Hong Kong) and the rooftop (not private) as well. Check-in and check-out went smoothly but we never saw Nick. Any special request (such as late check-out or change of towels) will be done but with extra charges. It is more a real estate agent than a personalised AirBnB experience. Overall I was expecting something more.

사진에 보이는 그대로입니다. 모든 시설이 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 4박동안 4명을 위해 준비된 샤워타올은 총 네 장이었고 롤화장지와 미용티슈는 충분히 준비되어 있었습니다. 참고하세요. 바로 옆 식당 oolaa쪽으로 가다 올라가는 언덕 하나 위에 가장 가까운 wellcome마트가 있습니다. 그 외 언덕 하나-둘 아래쯤 M&S와 market place가 있습니다. 바로 근처에 저녁까지 영업하는 식당과 펍들이 많이 있어 편리합니다.(근처 dingdim을 추천합니다. 저녁 10시 반까지 영업하고 테이크아웃이 가능합니다.) 이 숙소에 묵는다면 주로 이용할 교통편까지 가는 방법을 첫날 숙지하는 것이 도움이 될 것입니다. 저는 상황에 따라 택시, 버스, 도보 등을 이용했습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 지하철역이나 버스정류장이 있어야한다 하는 분들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. Nick과는 소통이 잘 되었습니다.
