2 min walk to bars, restaurants, shops, public transport & 10 mins to beach/ V&A Waterfront. This is a lovely private ensuite room under the main house - a bit of a cave, warm in winter and cool in summer. A culturally connected host. UPDATE - the room is no longer red and filled with things, its white and bit sparse now, everything else is the same
UPDATE - the room is no longer red and filled with so much stuff, its white and sparser. the photo has to change - everything else is the same. The room is warm in winter and cool in summer. It does have a slight damp smell, its inevitable as its under the house. But its a very lovely room, calm and peaceful. Its outside the main house with its own ensuite bathroom. Has a private little outside space to sit in.

You can draw on me at any time for advice. You can find me occasionally in the shared space - a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, while cooking or eating. Usually in my own room working.
Please note it's a room for one only. The bed is a 3/4 and cannot take two. I have another room available under Stunning room in trendy GreenPoint.
If you choose to stay more than a week and wish to have the room cleaned or/and have your washing done and ironed, this can be arranged at a reasonable cost. Alternatively you will need to clean your own space. You will need to provide your own soaps for washing clothes.

I'm an arts and culture manager. Currently I head up the arts and culture department in the municipality. Been working and living in Cape Town for 20 odd years. I know Cape Town very well, not just the tried and tested tourist spots. I'm also well connected to artists and musicians of all genre. I go often to music events, gallery openings, theatre and dance, design related events, museum exhibitions, talks etc. I'm happy to advise about interesting events going on and help connect people.
