This cozy apartment is next to La Fosca beach in Palamós, a sea town in Gerona area.

Le logement

The apartment has a spacious living room and four bedrooms: two of them have a double bed, one room has two single beds and the last one has a sofa bed, which makes possible to accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is totally equipped with all necessary amenities and it is next to a big dining room where you can have your meals before enjoying the playa. The two complete bathrooms have bathtubs and the third one has a shower.

1. Once the guest has left the apartment, it will be revised. If no break or damage is found and the rules of the apartment have been respected we will refund the damage deposit to the same credit card number (with an additional 1% fee) in 3 to 8 days period following departure and after apartment revision.

2. Make sure you take the keys when you leave the apartment and lock the door from the outside. Losing or forgetting the apartment keys has a minimum charge of 50€. If you need to use the inter-phone make sure you ring the right number so you will not bother the neighbors.

3. Please turn off the lights and the electrical appliance when you leave the apartment. We have to appreciate and take care of our resources. If the guest´s general supplies expenses are much higher than the standard, the owner has the right to charge the guest the difference between both expenses.

4. Please listen to the music and to the TV in a volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Do not be loud at the stairs and at the common areas. Do not make parties and respect the neighbor's sleep and relax. If you do not respect these rules and the neighbors complain and police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night. Finally, the guest will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.

5. Do not touch the boiler and the main water command.

6. Please, do not try to open the door with the pad-lock, where the cleaning equipment is located.

7. Before leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. It is mandatory that the kitchen and the dishes are clean and tidy all in place. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge.

8. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment; if at the check-out we realize that the client has smoked, we will be able to penalize you with 100€.

9. It is forbidden to move the furniture of the apartments without permission, if you move it, we will be able to penalize you.

10. Upon your arrival, the person taking care of your check-in has to explain to you how equipment in the apartment works. Please pay attention to the instructions, a bad use of them would be penalized.

Preparation for arrival.
• Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays.
• Your confirmation email clearly states where you can find your contact person on the day of your arrival.
• The apartment will be available as of 14:00h (2 PM), however, we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. If we do not have this information you will be forced to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed.
• Please remember that check-ins take place between 14.00h (2 PM) and 02.30h (2.30AM).
- If you are arriving after 21.00h (9.00PM), there is a late check-in fee of 30€.
- If you are arriving after (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)AM) there is a late check-in fee of 50€.

You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. You will not wait for any member of the staff (unless you have been told to do so). Leave the keys on the table and close the door. Remember to always turn off the lights and close the windows. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalized. If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment.

Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00.
Not respecting these basic rules for the neighbor’s coexistence can be penalized with your deposit.

The owner is not responsible for your forgotten personal belongings. Please check that you do not forget any of them before leaving the apartment.

Bel et trés spacieux appartement situé en rez-de-chaussée ce qui permet de bénéficier du jardin. La proximité de la plage est un atout : accessibilité à pied.

vecinos con mala educación, dicen casa pero en realidad es una comunidad de vecinos y en las fotos no se ve, la piscina es comunitaria y la limpieza es cara.

A beautiful, well appointed home that was accurately described in the posting. Maria was attentive and we were met promptly and Olga explained everything about the apartment. The pool was outside the building next door, but well secured so children couldn't enter unsupervised. The location was perfect just down the street from La Fosca beach where you can walk to many beaches in the Costa Brava.

This property is managed by an agency named Stay Barcelona Apartments. Our recommendation: DO NOT TRUST STAY BARCELONA APARTMENTS. We booked the property for 3 days in order to organize there a company get together in the Costa Brava. The experience was TERRIBLE. They came to open the door of the house 2 hours late, the didn't have a proper contract and didn't even know which was the house within the block. Moreover, the propoerty was not as it looks on the pictures and wasn't clean at all. You're supposed to pay a cleaning fee but the property was not in good condition. There was no person to handle check out. More over, we have been for the latest 20 days chasing them in order to get back our deposit and to get a proper and legal invoce. No luck yet. They are not willing to create an invoce, as it should be mandotory for this type of business. After this terrible experience with them. We digged into the situation and checked their online reputation. We have read several reviews within their (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps profile and other social networks of people claiming deposits back and claiming the scam. ----------------- Esta propiedad es gestionada por la agencia Stay Barcelona Apartments. Vinieron a abrir la puerta 2 horas tarde, reciclaron un contrato anterior tachando los nombres de los anteriores y poniendo los nuestros sin identificarse en absoluto como empresa. Y estuvieron 30 minutos buscando cual era la casa dentro del bloque de apartamentos. Ni lo sabían. Además, la propiedad no se corresponde con las fotos originales y no estaba limpia. Se supone que les pagas 95€ por la limpieza y la casa no esta en condiciones limpias. No hubo persona para gestionar el check out. Además, durante los últimos 20 días hemos tenido que perserguirles para que nos devuelvan la fianza y que nos hagan una factura. No ha habido suerte de momento. No quieren crear la factura que la ley les obliga a hacer. Despues de esta experiencia tan desagradable, investigamos online y hemos visto en varias redes sociales que mucha gente se queja de que les roban la fianza y no se la devuelven. Y ya nunca contestan. Se peude ver en su perfil de (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps. Varias personas alegan haber sido timadas.

Es una pena Maria que hayas dejado este comentario, estuvimos esperandote durante dos horas nosotros y además no quieres pagar el iva que corresponde a esta factura que Sí te hemos hecho. Tampoco mencionas el extra de sabanas y toallas que te hemos dejado, tampoco mencionas que pusiste una persona más de lo que tu reserva decía, es decir, 8 en lugar de 7, es una pena este comentario, no es justo para nosotros. LA FIANZA YA ESTÁ DEPOSITADA EN TU CUENTA. Its very shame you writte this comment after we have been waiting you for two hours, we have left you extra bed linen and towels and you have put an extra person instead of 7, what your booking said. DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Also you don't mention you dont want to pay the vat what is corresponding to have an invoice according to spanish law. Also you don't mention you were 8 people when originally the reservation said 7, we didn't charge you for an extra person. Its a pity and very dissapointing experience. All our customers are very happy and satisfied with us and our service, you really are not telling the true in this comment. Good luck
