This modern, 2 bedroom flat is centrally located, right on the famous Rambla del Raval. Just a 4 min walk to Las Ramblas, the flat is surrounded by bars and restaurants of every cuisine in the world. It´s the perfect location for a couple / 2 friends!
The flat is modern and comfortable with large windows in both bedrooms and in the living room. It is right on the Rambla del Raval, surrounded by bars and restaurants serving both tapas and food from all over the world.
Despite being right in the heart of the Raval, the flat is double glazed and is therefore very quiet when you decide to go to bed at night!
It is the ideal place for a couple or 2 friends to spend their time in Barcelona.
Accès des voyageurs
This is a quiet, friendly flat. I live here alone and welcome people who want a tranquil place to rest after a long day exploring the sights of this bustling city. Guests will have their own keys and will be free to come in and out as they please. You will of course have full access to the living room and kitchen and the flat has one bathroom that we will all share. It is always kept very clean.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
Towels and linen are provided. There is also a washing machine that guests can use if they need to wash their clothes.
I work quite a lot during the day so it will probably be difficult for me to interact too much with our guests during the week. I would of course be happy to provide recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants, bars etc and will do everything to make sure that your stay in Barcelona is as memorable and stress-free as possible.
Guests are free to come and go as they please. However, this is not a party flat and although there are no fixed rules, we expect guests to treat the place and the neighbours with respect.
My name is Parkos and I'm 34 years old.
I love travelling and meeting new people. I've been very lucky to have travelled in many places and look forward to going to many more.
Although I'm from Cyprus, I've lived abroad for over 10 years and currently work as an English teacher in Barcelona which I love.
I'm a qualified journalist and in my own time I tend to write a lot and listen to music. I often write about football, music and culture and travelling is certainly a great way to keep your ideas fresh.
So far I've lived in Australia, The UK, Spain and Italy and recently returned from 6 months in SE Asia.
I'm generally a very relaxed person and believe that people should be treated in the way that you would want them to treat you. Because of this, I am always very respectful towards other people and their property.
I have used couchsurfing to both host and surf a lot and have met wonderful people there. I do now feel, however, that AirBnb may be better suited to my travel needs.
