Règlement intérieur

Check-in/Check-out: Please attempt to check-in between 3p.m.-6p.m. and check-out time is prior to 11a.m. SKAL uses its best efforts to have the rental home ready for time of check-in, but cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. In the events that a guest returns to the property, or does not leave the property after check-out time, a charge equal to the rental rate for one day will be assessed.

After Hours Arrivals: If Guests arrive after office hours, and have signed rental lease and have paid in full, the SKAL will leave keys and directions in secured, outside drop box. Please contact us at least one week before arrival to let us know approximate arrival time. No keys will be left outside after hours if any part of balance is due. If this may be the case, the guest(s) must contact Agent 24-hours prior to arrival to make payment arrangements.

Accommodations: All belongings and furnishings are to be left in the condition in which they were found and accounted for; therefore, neglect to clean and care for these items may by subject to a deduction from security deposit. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside and on any of the balconies/terraces of the vacation rental unit. There will be no tolerance for noise disturbances or parties. Any breach or infraction to these rules will be subject to deduction from security deposit/penalty fees and/or removal from the premises.

Pets: No pets shall be allowed on (inside or outside) the premises.

Guest Responsibilities: The house is to be left at check-out in similar condition as it was received. Dishes should be cleaned and all trash taken to receptacles. SKAL will clean the home and make the beds upon Guest’s departure. SKAL assumes that Guest and their party will be respectful of the owner’s property. Guest must advise SKAL should any damages occur so that repairs may be settled in a timely matter. Guest is responsible for all their house-guests during the stay of tenancy of this lease. Guest agrees to comply with all obligations imposed by Vacation Rental Lease with respect to the maintenance of the home, including but not limited to keeping the home as clean and safe as the conditions of the home permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in common areas and remainder of premises that the guest uses. Guest agrees not to use the property for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Guest agrees that occupancy is restricted to the number occupants as noted on the Lease. Leaseholder must be at least 24 years of age. Leaseholder must occupy the home. It is expressly understood and agreed that rental to fraternities and sororities is strictly prohibited. Guest’s breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in immediate termination of Guest’s tenancy. SKAL shall make every effort to locate any items left behind; however, is not held responsible for lost items. If found they may be sent for the cost of delivery plus $20 USD.

El alojamiento es excelente. Lo mejor es la vista de los delfines desde la terraza y la piscina (con 4 shows diarios). El comedor es grande, luminoso, con mesa, sofà y sillones adecuados. Los Aires Acondicionados funcionan perfectamente (comedor y habitaciones). A tener en cuenta que las camas de la 2a habitacion no son suficientemente anchas para dormir 2 personas comodamente (probablemente sean de 1,35). Lourdes y Laura nos atendieron perfectamente. Cualquier duda que teniamos nos la resolvian inmediatamente. Fue un placer tenerlas de interlocutoras. Sin lugar a dudas volveriamos a alquilarlo. Pasamos una semana fantastica.

Steve and Karen's condo was very comfortable and very clean! The openness and combination of the kitchen/living/dining and patio areas made for a beautiful view of the pool and lagoon areas. The sleeping and bath arrangements are also very comfortable. The photos are on spot. This is a very spacious condo! The proximity of the condo to walking into Puerto Aventuras, to shops, restaurants, or to jog/walk the area is wonderful. Secret Waters is a small, private complex, with its own pool. Everyone staying there is very friendly and the property manager, Laura, is very responsive to whatever our needs were. Also, we had no concerns over security, as it is a gated community. We highly recommend Secret Waters and this condo! Thanks for a memorable experience!

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Amplio, luminoso y muy bien equipado. Gran balcón con vista a la piscina. Cada habitación tiene su baño, además de un baño de cortesía en el ingreso. Un vestidor con caja fuerte. Camas cómodas y buena provisión de ropa blanca. La limpieza es semanal, pero se puede contratar extra. El edificio está bien adentro de Puerto Aventuras, tiene ascensor. Gran piscina, con vista a los estanques de delfines. Hay acceso a las playas de Puerto Aventuras, a unos 5-10 minutos de caminata. Muy recomendable.

We were 3 adults spending 3 nights in the quiet and spacious 2BR/2.5BA condo in mid Nov. The unit description is accurate as are the photos. I highly recommend the location and the community. Secure, piqturesque, and uncrowded. The hosts Steve & Karen were very responsive to our emails and the local representative Laura was charming and helpful, genuinely pleased to have us stay there. She quickly responded to our single issue and had it resolved before we returned from our daily excursion. There is no direct ocean view or beach access, however you can use the beach in front of the nearby Omni hotel, just a 7 minute walk. We used Puerto as a base for our excursions south and it was always a pleasure to return to this condo! Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance and a large supermarket just across the main highway (we had a rental car). The 2nd floor condo is 1 of only 16 units and all look out over the HUGE pool and the large dolphin lagoon just beyond! The dolphins belong to the all-inclusive across the lagoon but you have direct access to the waters edge and will get a friendly visit when you walk along the sidewalk surrounding the lagoon. Kids would love to watch the several dolphins each day. The pool is super large, clean and has a big shallow area for children. The grounds are immaculate and nicely landscaped. Several agouti (shy, ground hog sized animals) roam the property in the morning and and dusk - really cute to watch them scrounge for nuts. The furnishings are very comfortable and in good condition. The open concept living area is huge and opens to the equally large and furnished patio. There is a large elevator and wide and open air (but covered) steps to each floor

An exceptional place to stay at. The location is perfect as you can reach many attractions from the place. If don't feel like going anywhere, the marina has pretty much anything you need for your vacation. The apartment is big, clean and very nice. It has everything you need. The view from the apartment is amazing. The host was very attentive to our needs and coordinated everything for our late arrival. Will definitely comeback.
