2.No smoking and no pets in the house at anytime during your stay. Children are not suitable.
3.Respect other guests. No parties. No heavy drinking. No fighting. No violent and abuse behavior.
4.Maximum two adults per room according your agreement with owner. Different rates apply
5.Guest(s) has the responsibility to maintain the quiet and peaceful environment during their stay. No more than two visitors at any time and all must leave during the quiet hour. Quiet time: 10pm – 7am
6.Clean-up after yourself (including dishes, bathroom, take the garbage out). Remove all outside shoes when entering the house.
7.Respect property. Keep place clean during the stay.
8.Pay for all damage(s) caused willfully, accidentally, or by neglect, whether caused by the tenant(s) or invited or uninvited visitor(s) of the tenant(s). Natural disasters and reasonable wear and tear excepted.
9.Do not make any alterations to the premises (painting, wallpapering, window treatments, changing locks, etc.) without first obtaining permission from the Owner.
10.Do not sublet or allow any person(s) to live at the premises without first obtaining permission from the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to increase the rent if additional person is approved.
11.Premises are free of damage and have been adequately cleaned at checking out time.
12.Allow the Owner to visually inspect the premises.
13.Inform the Owner of all damages and worn or nonworking aspects of the premises (leaky taps, faulty appliances, clogged drains, etc.) as soon as possible, and to allow entry to service personnel when they are available.
14.Keep the premises (including the grounds) clean, free from refuse and in good repair.
15. No burning incense or candles.

This place was great! Had a layover in Calgary, was able to take a bus, then a short walk to the home. Had my own key code to get in which was perfect since I wasn't at the house until midnight. Yun was very helpful as well. Let me leave my things in the home while I explored for a few hours after check out time. If you stay here, climb the hill in Nose Hill Park, you'll see for miles!

Yun is extremely efficient and responsive, even when i had a little noise issue with the other guest. The key less entry is super convenient too and location is perfect

This was my first booking with airbnb and it was fantastic. Yun was an excellent host with great communication right from the beginning. Accommodation was clean and just as described with excellent security on the main entrance and bedroom. The bus stop is super close and supermarket is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend this property to anyone and I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Yun!
