Your magical mountain vacation awaits! Located one mile from bustling downtown Asheville, this spacious garden apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Private and cozy, yet close to all Asheville has to offer. You'll never want to go home!
This is a large lower-level apartment in a 1920s four-square bungalow. The space has been fully renovated by the home-owner into a stylish, modern living space. It featured an open floor plan with a sunken kitchen, raised bathroom, and separate sitting room/futon. The second room includes a projector TV and full size mattress with access to the backyard hot tub. You'll enjoy our newly installed AC or Heat during winter months. The kitchen has everything you need to have a home-cooked meal: full sized refrigerator, and a Bluetooth stereo, so you can rock out. The cozy raised bedroom has a full-sized futon and a mounted Internet-friendly TV perfect for winding down after a full day of hiking around town. Some of the more charming features include a wrap-around bar, original farm-style metal kitchen sink, rain-shower shower-head, and a large open living-room with a large wrap around couch perfectly suited for lounging. The apartment is also tastefully decorated with locally made art and furniture. In the front yard, you will find a raised-bed urban garden, full of vegetables and herbs that you are welcome to eat or admire.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have access to the entire lower level apartment through a private entrance, as well as the urban garden in the front yard.

We live on the property and are happy to interact with guests! If you have any questions about the apartment or what to do around town, feel free to ask or shoot a text message! That being said, if you prefer a quiet getaway with no interaction, that is no problem. We are here when you need us, and otherwise, we will stay out of your way.
There is free street parking. Please note we have provided a DVD collection with the TV projector and instructions.
Please be mindful that you will be staying below the residents of the main house. There are signs posted though out the apartment to help you find your way around.
Two person maximum at all times please.
