À propos de ce logement
In the center of Vis, our 2 rooms apartment, suitable for 4-5 people, offers you a possibility to live next to night life, the port and beaches, and in the same time to hide yourself from noise in old stony, narrow, dalmatian streets.
Our apartment is a situated in the center of Vis, and it's a part of an old dalmatian house that doesn't lack any amenities of modern life.

I am fluent in English and French. Also I can speak a bit of German. This apartment belongs to my brother, and his wife speaks Russian as well. We can easily communicate over internet (and we aim to be quite prompt in our answers) because we are working abroad, when are guests are visiting. However, there will be a cleaning lady over there (that unfortunately doesn't speak more than Croatian) but she's full of spirit and she will gladly find a way to help and explain.
Neighborhood is calm, and people are nice. Easy going above all.
Everything is near by. Store, taxi service, pharmacy, center... everything is no more than 100 meters from the place. The beach is a bit further away, 200 meters. :)
Vis is an awesome place to visit.
In general, enjoy yourselves. We won't be permitting anything our guests, only we would to ask them not to be too loud after 23 pm. When I say, not to be too loud, I mean don't do techno-concerts in the middle of the night, but do enjoy wine, dinner, laugh, live etc.

I'm a professor of social sciences (politics, economy, sociology, philosophy, ethics and logic). I teach some of these subjects on Croatian and some on French. I'm fluent in French, English, and I can speak a bit of German as well.
During my life-time I've worked in lots of different occupations (and in different cities, as well as states). I worked as a waiter, cocktail-master, navigator, journalist, librarian etc. But, I've always loved working on the land, on island of Hvar.
The values and the air, the touch and the smell of the island of Hvar, in it's early morning wind, in the smell of the ground, in the wine, in the fish, in generosity of life woken up on our faces; that's what I would like to offer to our guests.
It's just a glimpse of a different life, far away from stress and cheating dynamics of modern cities, which I'm part of, as well.
