We come to San Clemente every year around the same time (Sept.) This was our first time staying at the Hacienda and couldn't have been happier with our choice. John and Karen were great hosts that made us feel very welcomed. The sunset view was the highlight of the trip followed closely by our little outdoor fireplace that we enjoyed every night. John and Karen kept up with giving us wood to burn for the fireplace every morning. The location is right across the street from the pier, so in the morning you could easily check the surf and T-Street and the Pier. The place is decked out in the "Spanish village by the Sea" feel... Old 1930's style Spanish influence with all the modern needs in place. The gardens on the property are super cool and very well maintained. If you need to do laundry, there is a washer and dryer free of charge on the property. Overall the feeling that we left with was memorable and we can't wait to come back.
