The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical 1930s building near what we call « the countryside in Paris ». It is an ideal base to explore the local life. It can accommodate two guests in a comfortable double bed and 1 extra guest in a sofa bed. It is perfect for couples who want to enjoy romantic days in Paris, solo travellers who want to experience the town as a local, businessmen/women who are tired of staying in hotels, families with one kid and close friends who are looking for a cosy and private place to stay.Decorated in a vintage style, it has everything you need to feel at home.The apartment is accessible by an elevator leading into a quiet and cosy sitting room with a comfortable sofa-bed (80x200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and contains an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, italian percolator, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Basic cooking ingredients, such as salt, spices or olive oil are provided. You'll find also coffee, tea and sugar. There is a table for two and plenty of storage space. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed (140x200cm), a desk, a armchair, a chest of drawers and a closet area. Clean sheets, pillows and comforter are provided. From the bedroom balcony, guests can enjoy the sun and the beautiful views over the small yard and its old buildings. The bathroom is equipped with a full bathtub and you'll find basic toiletries such has shower gel and shampoo. Clean hand and body towels are provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available. Guests can use the washing machine free of charge. Free wi-fi Internet is also provided.Rue Etienne Marey is a peaceful residential street with a few non-tourist stores and a lively community of neighbours, where it is still possible to experience the true rhythms of the peaceful Paris.Just around the corner there are shops, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is located less then 3 minutes of distance. Less than five minutes separate the flat from the metro / tram and vélib' stations, directly connected to the most valuable places of Paris.
