À propos de ce logement
I'm renting out my 56 m2 apartment in the center of Copenhagen. It's on 4th floor so it's really bright, it has a nice kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Broagergade is a closed street and therefore free from traffic which is a great plus for people who wants a good night sleep in the middle of CPH.
It's located just beside the nice and attractive Enghave Square and Enghave Park on Vesterbro which is the trendy and urban part of Copenhagen. A lot of young people live here but also small families. The apartment is walking distance from Copenhagen main train station, malls, a lot of small shops, coffee bars and the famous meat packing distract which is Copenhagens most well known place to go out at night and where some of the best restaurants are located.
The apartment has a big and new double bed, a big dinner table, a very usable kitchen with Smeg stove and a big refrigerator with a smaller freezer. The bathroom is of acceptable size with a shower cabinet. There's cable and free wireless in the apartment. The property has its own bicycle storage in the cellar which is great in a city where everyone uses a bike to get around but where a lot os us gets them stolen all the time too. There's also a very nice courtyard with tables and benches.
Most time when renting the apartment I'll be available to hand over the keys and so you'll be able to call me if there's any problems.
As guest at my place you'll have access to clean linen, sheets and towels, free coffee and tea, free wifi and all basic food items.
I'll almost be at the apartment to great you welcome and answer the questions you'll need to have answered. I'm also very glad to answer all questions you'll have beforehand and guide you through my favorite places in town. When you're in CPH I'll be able to get in contact with on phone the entire time that you're here.
No smoking. No private parties keeping my neighbors up all night.
My name is Anne and I'm a 23 year old psychology student from Copenhagen. I have my own apartment in the trendy part of Copenhagen, Vesterbro, which I rent out mainly for prolonged weekends when I'm out of town or able to stay elsewhere. Therefore I'll almost always be able to hand you over the keys myself and inform you of what you will need to know about the neighborhood and the apartment.
