7.Noise - Our neighbors will greatly appreciate your efforts to keep noise to a minimum. Voices travel on the lake! Absolutely no loud parties, loud music, or loud voices. Especially on the beach. This doesn't mean you have to creep around like a mouse–it's a vacation, after all. But if you get up at 5:00 a.m. be considerate and don't let the door slam. Likewise if you are up after 10:00 p.m., a little effort goes a long way toward making our lake delightful for everyone. We are very close with all of our neighbors, so be respectful.
8.We provide toilet paper and paper towels, which can be found above the microwave. If these are running low, please let me know so I can replenish for the next guests.
9. No fires in the house. Guests accept all liability and responsibility for using the fire pit on the beach.

There is a $200 fine for each individual instance of writing, etching, painting or any other defacement of any part of the house. For example, if one name was written on a bedroom wall, a smiley face was painted on the inside of the roof, and another symbol was etched into the stairway wall, these would count as 3 instances and result in a total fine of $600. The walls of the house will be checked after each stay. Please do not write or otherwise change the walls.
11. Guests accept all liability when taking the kayaks out and using the gas grill.
