Located in the best area of Colonia Sant Jordi, 2 minutes away from del Puerto beach. If you walk for half hour you will find yourself at one of the best beaches of the island, called Es Carbó, with white sand and clear waters. About forty minutes away you will be amazed by another gem, Es Trenc.

The Interpretation Center of the Cabrera’s Archipelago (National Marine Park) is to be found just a few metres away. The harbor is also round the corner, where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants.

If you keep on walking you will see the sea front promenade, ideal to do all kinds of exercise. At a ten minutes walking distance from the apartment, you can enjoy the nightlife of Avenida Primavera. The area also offers all basic amenities within minutes, such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops.


Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property.
In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since last Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new "sustainable tourism tax" of the Balearic Islands (ECOTAX) to be charged to everyone (residents and no residents in EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises.
The rate during hight season (from April to October included) will be:
• 1 euro per day per person the first 8 days; 0,5€ per day per person the rest.
All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st november.
This rate is only for adults and not have to pay under 16 years.
This tax is for Residents and no Residents in the European Union.
We will take money upon your arrival to the house or apartment.

Pancho was at the end of a phone and email and answered very quickly when i needed a question answered. Appartment in a terrific location. Appartment is basic but if you are not spending too much time in then it is good. Lady showing the Appartment doesnt speak English, my son spoke spanish so it was fine. Some traffic noise from the road. Loved the Town and great beach and restaurants. We didnt cook so not sure what Utensils were in the kitchen but its big enough for a few people to sit in.

The location is great. Sant Jordi is a great village and the beach is very family friendly. The apartment is very basic. You'll need to swing by the store (two blocks away) to get some dishsoap, hand soap and TP and maybe a dish rag. We left some for you. There is a brand new refrigerator and a stove and most utensils that you'll need. The beds are fine and we felt safe there, so all in all a good trip. It's probably great for beach vacation and eating out during your stay.

Colonia San Jordi è un posto molto bello adatto a famiglie con bambini. Metre viaggiavamo in auto Pancho ci ha chiamato dicendoci che l' appartamento che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile. Ci ha fornito un' alternativa sempre nella stessa zona. L' appartamento sostituivo non era nuovo come quello nelle foto dell' annuncio ma molto grande (200mq) con terrazzo panoramico e letti comodi quindi abbiamo considerato la sostituzione come accettabile. L' host non si è presentato al ns. arrivo ed ha mandato la signora delle pulizie a consegnarci le chiavi, la quale è stata molto sbrigativa e di poche parole. In generale comunque la nostra esperienza è stata positiva e posso consigliare questo host. Michele

I was lucky enough to have the use of a lovely well-furnished Pancho's apartment on the first floor with access to a terrace. This has to be the nicest accommodation of all the various places I have stayed in over the last few years. Thank you Roman
